It is used for non-specific vulvitis, colpitis, cervical erosion, proctitis, rectal wounds after various operations on the rectum and perineum.

With proctitis, a cleansing enema is made, preferably with a decoction of chamomile or calendula, then aerosol foam is injected into the rectum at a dose of 14 - 28 ml (pressing the valve for 2 to 4 seconds). The duration of treatment is 2 to 3 weeks.
