Description of the medicine: Aminocrovin (Aminocrovinum)
The drug is obtained by acid hydrolysis of human blood proteins with the addition of glucose.
Transparent yellow liquid with a specific odor; pH 6, 4 - 7, 4. A small precipitate is allowed, which easily diverges when agitated.
Contains free amino acids (40 g per 1000 ml) and low molecular weight peptides.
The total nitrogen content is 0.6 - 0.75%, amine nitrogen 40 60% of the total nitrogen; tryptophan at least 15 mg per 100 ml, glucose 4, 5 - 5, 5%.
Apply for parenteral nutrition. Indications for use and contraindications are the same as for other protein hydrolysates.
Aminocrovin is administered intravenously. The daily dose for adults is 20-30 ml per 1 kg of body weight.
With the rapid introduction of the drug, the appearance of unpleasant sensations in the form of nausea, headache, fever, pain along the vein is possible. If these sensations occur, the administration of aminokrovin should be slowed down or temporarily stopped
Release form: in bottles on 250; 450 and 500 ml.
Storage: at a temperature of + 4 to + 20'C.
When stored at the bottom of the bottle, a slight precipitate may form.
