Description of the medicine: Aminocrovin (Aminocrovinum)

AMINOKROVIN (Aminocrovinum).

The drug obtained by acid hydrolysis of human blood proteins with the addition of glucose.

Transparent yellow liquid with a specific odor; PH 6, 4 - 7, 4. A small precipitate is possible, easily diverging with agitation.

Contains free amino acids (40 g per 1000 ml) and low molecular weight peptides.

The content of total nitrogen is 0.6 - 0.75%, of amine nitrogen 40-60% of the total nitrogen; Tryptophan not less than 15 mg per 100 ml, glucose 4, 5 - 5, 5%.

Apply for parenteral nutrition. Indications for use and contraindications are the same as for other protein hydrolysates.

Aminocrovin injected intravenously drip. The daily dose for adults is 20 - 30 ml per 1 kg of body weight.

With the rapid administration of the drug may appear unpleasant sensations in the form of nausea, headache, heat, pain along the vein. If these feelings occur, the introduction of an aminovine should be slowed down or temporarily discontinued

Product: in bottles of 250; 450 and 500 ml.

Storage: at a temperature of + 4 to +20'C.

When stored on the bottom of the bottle may form a slight precipitate.
