Work: a double struggle

A comparative study of men and women found that women tend to establish for themselves a higher standard than men. They are experiencing the stress, trying to meet these standards, often they develop physical signs of strain, and they have to seek the help of doctors.
There were some signs of improvement of the atmosphere in the workplace, changes are taking place, but slowly. However, there are ways to speed up this process.
