- a study of liver blood flow. By recording fluctuations in the electrical resistance of its tissues, it is possible to judge the processes taking place in the vascular system of the liver: blood filling, lesions, especially in acute and chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis.
It is carried out on an empty stomach, in the position of the patient lying on the back, in a number of cases after the pharmacological load (papaverine, euphylia, nose-pa).
