Hips and popliteal type

Hip and popliteal type. Clogging or narrowing of the superficial femoral artery extending to the leading channel (the Hunter channel). The nature and intensity of complaints depend on the presence of lesions of the distal arteries, the degree of narrowing of the vessel, collateral blood flow. The pulse on the femoral artery is determined, but the popliteal and arteries of the foot are sharply weakened or absent. When narrowing the vessel with a sharp violation of hemodynamics in the occlusion zone, and immediately lower you can hear systolic noise. An angiographic examination is necessary.
