Vascular insufficiency

Vascular insufficiency. The discrepancy between the capacity of the vascular bed and the volume of circulating blood due to failure of vascular tone or mustache (and) blood volume (hypovolemia). Deficiency of venous return (blood supply to the heart) may impair the pumping function of the heart. In such cases, changes occur mainly on the type of left ventricular ejection failure with symptoms of cerebral ischemia, heart, kidneys and other organs, hypovolemia - a centralization of circulation.
