Foreign bodies of the larynx . In the larynx, foreign bodies are rarely stuck (most often they slip through the vocal chink into the trachea and bronchi). As a rule, they are observed in children. In the larynx, foreign bodies with sharp edges and ends (fish and meat bones, nut shells, eggshells, etc.) are usually found, as well as relatively large objects that are stuck in the lumen of the glottis or are trapped in the underlayment space.
