Vulvovaginitis

Vulvovaginitis - inflammation of the vagina and external genitalia. It is observed mainly in childhood. Pathogens: pyogenic and intestinal flora, helminthiasis (pinworms). Predisposing factors: exudative diathesis; Changes in the body due to chronic tonsillogenic toxicity; Non-observance of hygiene rules; Mechanical factors (the introduction of foreign bodies in the vagina).

Symptoms, course. Itching and abundant leucorrhoea; The vulva is edematic and hyperemic, the vaginal mucosa is also hyperemic with puncture hemorrhages. Leucorrhages are plentiful, pussy, sometimes with an admixture of blood (with the introduction of foreign heat into the vagina).
