First I note that it is so simple that there may be doubts about its effectiveness.

So, sit comfortably, close your eyes, relax as much as possible, take a few deep breaths-exhalations. Put any hand on your forehead and start watching your thoughts, just watch. Without analysis, without labeling, "right-wrong", "maybe - not when in life", etc. Do not try to somehow influence the train of thought, only observation. Perhaps you will soon notice that thoughts begin to disappear. Thoughts like people, if they say "yes, you are right, I see you", then they calm down and cease to attract our attention. If they disappear completely, then do not generate them, but observe their absence. Then move your hands to the chest in the heart center area. Start watching and recognizing emotions, all that you can track, regardless of whether they like you at the moment or not. Nothing but observation and recognition. Often this is enough to leave emotions alone. At the next step, put your hand on the navel. And just watch and recognize your bodily sensations, as well as the fact that now, at this particular time, you are in a state of security. (This is an important point, even if you are wanted and "sitting on a powder keg", then at this moment you are still in a state of security). Everything, the technique is finished.

It takes only two or three minutes to do it ten times a day. And over time, you will increasingly be in a state of lack of internal confrontation. On the way to achieving the goal, a person usually spends 90% of energy on fighting himself, and only 10% on the implementation of plans, ideas. Soon more and more energy will be spent on the embodiment of the desired into reality. Every time you need to do something, and there is no desire, do this exercise, and it is likely that your effectiveness will increase dramatically.
