IPHONDRICAL SYNDROME is a symptom complex characterized by painful, unjustified objective reasons, concentration of attention on the state of one's own health. Some patients are constantly afraid of getting sick, getting infected, differing in suspicion and suggestibility; Others mark a variety of various painful sensations in various parts of the body, generating confidence in the presence of a severe unrecognized disease; Others are convinced that they are terminally ill, which is associated with a general severe depressive condition. In a number of patients, the hypochondria is clearly delirious. Such patients persistently seek treatment, not being satisfied with the latter and considering the enemy of everyone who tries to dissuade them. Patients with hypochondriac syndrome after the examination and exclusion of the common disease should be referred to a psychiatrist.
