September 2 between the stations Ogorodnyaya (Troyeshchina) and Kiev-Petrovka began to walk the long-promised power train

September 2 between the stations "Ogorodnaya" ("Troyeshchina") and "Kiev-Petrovka" began to walk the long-promised power train . According to the plan, it will unload the passenger traffic on the Moscow bridge in the morning and evening hours and will make life easier for residents of Troyeshchyna, Rainbow and Voskresenka. "Our Kiev" took a ride on one of the evening flights and appreciated the advantages and disadvantages of this transport.

Launch the train promised in June 2009, then moved to August, eventually held up until September. It cost UAH 50 million. (10 million were allocated from the city budget and 40 million from the South-West Railway). The train runs through the Petrovsky railway bridge from 6:00 to 9:00 in the morning and from 17:00 to 19:44, with an interval of 15 minutes. About forty freight trains run along this route, but their traffic during peak hours will be suspended. The journey costs 1 UAH. 70 kopecks, and in practice - 2 UAH.

So it's cunningly arranged: this is a fee for both the train and the buses. We explain: if it's not a problem to get to Petrovka station, it's next to the same subway, then it's not so convenient with Ogorodnya on the Left Bank (it will be renamed into Troyeschina).

Troeshchintsev, it generally does not save: who is interested in stomping the extra 2-3 km to the station as much as the Resurrection Gardens? Therefore, they launched three bus routes: No. 59, 60 and 61 - carrying to the platform (they will also run at 6.00 - 9.00 and at 17.00-20.00, see the timetable and routes at the end of the material). And the delivery is practically free of charge (+ 30 kopecks to the ticket price for the train).

By the way, at the opening of the Mayor Chernovetsky said that in the plans "gradually supplement the network of routes of the city electric train". First, to create the Northern Semi-ring (the union of the stations Darnitsa, Kievskaya Rusanovka, Kiev-Dneprovsky, Troeschina, Obolon, Kiev-Petrovka, Zenit, Vyshgorodskaya, Syrets, Rubezhovskaya "," Svyatoshin "and" Borshchagovka "). Then proceed to the South Semi-ring, extend the route from Darnitsa to Borshchagovka through the stations "Karavaevy Dachi", "Protasov Yar" and "Vydubychi". All these grandiose projects - only in words, but meanwhile the Kyivans transport two convoys, six cars each, with a capacity of more than a thousand people.

But now there are thousands of them and "do not smell". In this I was convinced yesterday, arriving at 6 pm on the station. M. "Petrovka". Out in the direction of the book market and immediately at the metro turned right, to the ticket offices.

Has got a ticket for 2 UAH. Each window - a detailed schedule and routes of buses, which should deliver passengers by Troyeschina. On the platform people gathered a little, 6-7 people, then, however, approached yet. We talked, we checked with the schedule, we asked ourselves what and how. Yet the first time, a novelty. Someone praised the initiative of the authorities ("All is better, than in a traffic jam"), someone remembered Kirpa ...

Just at 18:00 the next train left, the next we waited at 18:16 In the meantime on the next platform came the train from Troyeshchyna. There were very few people in it, a man of 5-6 in a car. Hmm, if it is from them "unloaded" the Moscow bridge, then it is unlikely that someone has become easier. Although, probably, many still do not know about the opportunity to get to Petrovka in this way.

Finally, our train arrived, a minute in a minute. The people went into the cars, sat down, looked around. The seats are located along the perimeter of the car, comfortable, but not very much. We were forty people, enough for everyone, even the empty ones stayed, but if there are more than willing, someone will have to stand. And to stand in such a car is inconvenient - imagine if the crowd is packed into a wide passage, and it will not be possible to grab hold of the rail. Ride, not like cheese in butter, but somehow harder. The train started - and then the controller came. He composted tickets on one side, and from the second there was room for a bus punch.

Domnach us promised in 7 minutes. We drove through the Dnieper and past the Rusanovsk gardens, because of which so many battles unfolded recently.

During this time, I talked with my neighbor. She said that she personally enjoyed using the train to go to work. As a woman lives on the corner of the street. Saburov, then the new bus is easy to land. After she once stood on Moscow in a traffic jam for almost two hours with heavy bags, now she unequivocally chooses a train. But her children live in the street Balzac, and they are far from reaching the necessary stops.

We arrived even before the declared, we packed in 6 minutes and 50 seconds. Hardly had time to get off the platform, saw three buses at the stop: 59th, 60th and 61st. And they impatiently signaled to us, and I did not even have time to photograph them, I had to sit down until they left. I chose the 60th. Passengers exchanged impressions of the trip, mostly positive: "Just gorgeous! No one in the back is breathing, not pushing, roomy, fast, comfortable! That would be allowed to the Forestry ... "I did not reach the final one, got off at the" Festivalnaya "stop and then went back to Petrovka on the 30th trolley. On the Moskovsky Bridge in the direction of the Left Bank, a huge traffic jam stretched ...

But if you think about it, the train, presented by the authorities as a manna from heaven, does not solve the transport problems of the whole Troieshchina. Here are some thoughts expressed by Igor Zlotnik (Marina Tsvetaeva Street):

"We live on Saburov Street, so we need to get to this street first, then take the bus, go to the Gorodnya station, get on the train, get to Petrovka and then take the subway. This is how many transplants! Well, let's say, made an allowance, that the cost of the bus ticket will include the cost of the train. But these pennies do not compensate for the time spent. So, in my opinion, to Troyeschina this train has nothing to do. She "will save" except that Resurrection and Rainbow, and Troeschians will not use it. Now, if you run the trains on the inner railway ring, as the last 25 years have been talking about - to get, for example, to "Kiev-Moscow", to Syrets or Nivok, bypassing the metro. That would be interesting.
