Peter 4

So, just as Christ suffered for us in the flesh, you also arm yourself with that same thought; For he who suffers in the flesh ceases to sin,
So that the rest in the flesh can no longer live according to human lusts, but according to the will of God.
For it is enough that you in the past time of life acted according to the will of the Gentile, indulging in uncleanness, lusts (sodomy, bestiality, thoughts), drunkenness, excess in food and drink and ridiculous idolatry;

Why they are surprised that you do not participate with them in the same debauchery, and speak evil of you.
They will give an answer to Him who soon will judge the living and the dead.
th For this reason, even to the dead, it was preached that they, after being judged according to a man by the flesh, lived according to God in the spirit.

th However, the end is near. Therefore, be wise and watch in prayers.
Above all, have fervent love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.
Be lovers of one another without grudging.
Serve each other, every gift that you have received, as good stewards of God's many-sided grace.
eleven Does anyone speak, [speak] as the words of God; If anyone serves, according to the power that God gives, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory and might for ever and ever. Amen.

Beloved ones! Fire temptation, to test you sent, do not be alien, as an adventure for you strange,
But as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, rejoice, and in the revelation of His glory you will rejoice and triumph.
If they blaspheme you for the name of Christ, then you are blessed, for the Spirit of Glory, the Spirit of God is resting on you. They blaspheme on Him, and you are glorified.
If only one of you is hurt, like a murderer, or a thief, or a villain, or as encroaching on someone else's;
And if as a Christian, then do not be ashamed, but glorify God for such a fate.
th For the time is come to begin judgment from the house of God; If, then, [with us] begins, then what is the end to those who do not obey the gospel of God?
And if the righteous scarcely escapes, the wicked and sinful one will appear?
So those who suffer by the will of God will betray to Him, as a faithful Creator, their souls, doing good.
