(3-31) Nebuchadnezzar the king to all nations, tribes and languages living
(3-32) The signs and wonders that the Most High God has accomplished over me, I want to tell you.
(3-33) How great are His signs and how powerful His miracles are! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion is for generations and generations.

(4-1) I, Nebuchadnezzar, was at ease in my house, and prospered in my palaces.
(4-2) But I saw a dream that frightened me, and reflections on my bed and the visions of my head troubled me.
th (4-3) And it was given me by the commandment to bring unto me all the wise men of Babylon, that they should tell me the meaning of sleep.
th (4-4) Then came the secret gurus, the chariots, the Chaldeans, and the fortune-tellers; I told them a dream, but they could not explain to me the meaning of it.
(4-5) Finally Daniel came to me, whose name was Belshazzar, after the name of my God, and in which the spirit of the holy God; I told him a dream.
(4-6) Belshazzar, the head of the wise! I know that in you the spirit of the holy God, and no mystery makes it difficult for you; Explain to me the visions of my dream, which I saw, and its meaning.
(4-7) The visions of my head on my bed were such: I saw, behold, a very high tree is in the midst of the earth.
eleven (4-8) The tree was big and strong, and its height reached to the sky, and it was visible to the brim of the whole earth.
(4-9) His leaves are beautiful, and there are many fruit on it, and the food on it is for all; Underneath, the beasts of the field found a shadow, and the birds of the heavens nested in its branches, and all flesh was fed from it.
(4-10) And I saw in my visions my head upon my bed, and, behold, a watcher and a holy one came down from heaven.
(4-11) Having cried out aloud, He said: "Cut down this tree, chop off its branches, shake the leaves from it and scatter its fruits; Let the beasts be removed from under him, and the birds from his branches;
(4-12) But leave his chief root in the earth, and let him, in chains of iron and brass, among the grass of the field, be irrigated with dew of heaven, and with animals let his part be in the grass of the earth.
(4-13) The heart of man is taken away from him, and the beast's heart is given to him, and seven times will pass over him.
th (4-14) By the command of the watchful, this is determined, and according to the judgment of the Saints is appointed, that the living may know that the Most High rules over the human kingdom, and gives it to whomever he wants, and delivers the degraded among them. "
(4-15) Such a dream I saw, King Nebuchadnezzar; And you, Belshazzar, say his meaning, for none of the wise men in my kingdom could explain its meaning, but you can, because the spirit of the holy God is in you.

(4-16) Then Daniel, to whom Belteshazzar's name, was in amazement for about an hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king began to speak and said: Belshazzar! Let this dream and its meaning not confuse you. Belshazzar answered and said: My lord! Thou shalt have this dream to thy haters, and to thy enemies value!
(4-17) The tree that you saw, which was large and strong, reached its height to the heavens, and it was evident throughout the whole earth,
(4-18) On which the leaves were beautiful and many fruits and food for all, under which lived the beasts of the field and in the branches of which the birds of the air nested,
(4-19) It is you, the king, who is exalted and strengthened, and your greatness has increased and reached to the heavens, and your power is to the ends of the earth.
(4-20) And the king saw the one that watched and the Holy one coming down from heaven, who said, "Cut down the tree and destroy it, only leave its main root in the ground, and let it be irrigated with dew, iron and copper, among the grass of the field And with the beasts of the field let there be part thereof, until they have passed over him seven times, "-
(4-21) then this is the meaning of this, the king, and this is the definition of the Most High that will overtake my master, the king:
(4-22) They will separate you from people, and your dwelling will be with the beasts of the field; We will feed you with grass as ox, and you will water the dew of heaven, and seven times will pass over you, until you know that the Most High rules over the human kingdom and gives it to whomever he wants.
th (4-23) And what was commanded was to leave the main root of the tree, it means that your kingdom will remain with you, when you will know the power of heaven.
th (4-24) Therefore, O king, may my counsel be acceptable to you: redeem your sins with righteousness and your iniquities with charity toward the poor; That's how your world can last.

(4-25) All this was fulfilled by King Nebuchadnezzar.
(4-26) After twelve months, walking up and down the royal palaces in Babylon,
thirty (4-27) The king said: Is not this the majestic Babylon that I built into the house of the kingdom by the power of my might and to the glory of my greatness!
(4-28) This speech was still in the mouth of the king, as a voice from heaven said: `They say to you, King Nebuchadnezzar: the kingdom has departed from you!
(4-29) And they will separate you from the people, and your dwelling will be with the beasts of the field; They will feed you like grass ox, and seven times will pass over you, until you know that the Most High rules over the human kingdom and gives it to whomever he wants! '
(4-30) And immediately this word was fulfilled over Nebuchadnezzar, and he was excommunicated from the people, eating grass as a wolf, and his body was watered with the dew of heaven, so that his hair grew like a lion, and his nails - like In a bird.

(4-31) At the end of those days, I, Nebuchadnezzar, lifted up my eyes to heaven, and my mind returned to me; And I blessed the Most High, praised and glorified the Ever-Born, Whose sovereignty is an everlasting dominion, and Whom the kingdom is for generations and generations.
(4-32) And all who dwell on the earth do not mean anything; By his own will He acts as in the heavenly host, and among those who live on the earth; And there is no one who can resist his hand and say to him: 'What have you done?'
(4-33) At that time my mind returned to me, and to the glory of my kingdom came back to me a dignity and a former appearance; Then my counselors and my lords sought me, and I was restored to my kingdom, and my greatness was even more exalted.
(4-34) Now, I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise, exalt and magnify the King of Heaven, Whom all things are true and the ways are righteous, and who is able to humble those who walk proudly.
