Deuteronomy 16

1 Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto the LORD thy God, because in the month of Abib the LORD brought you, your God, from Egypt by night.
2 And thou shalt sacrifice the passover unto the LORD thy God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which the LORD shall choose to place his name there.
3 Do not eat leavened bread with it; Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread with it, bread of affliction, because you came out in haste from the land of Egypt, that you may remember the day came up out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life;
4 shall not be found among you nothing leaven in all thy coast seven days of the flesh, which you sacrifice in the evening on the first day, nothing should not be left until the morning.
5 Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover within any of thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee;
6 but at the place which the LORD thy God, to put his name there, thou shalt sacrifice the passover at even, at the going down of the sun, at the same time that you came out of Egypt;
7 And thou shalt roast and eat it in the place which the LORD thy God, and the next day you can go back and go unto thy tents.
8 Six days you shall eat unleavened bread, but on the seventh day a solemn assembly to the Lord your God; do no work.
9 Seven weeks shalt thou number unto thee begin to number the seven weeks from the time that the sickle to harvest;
10 then the feast of weeks to the Lord thy God, a freewill offering of thine hand, how much you give, according to what the Lord bless you, your God;
eleven and you shall rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you, in the place, which the LORD thy God hath chosen to place his name there;
12 Remember that you were slaves in Egypt, and to observe and do these statutes.
13 The feast of tabernacles seven days, when you gather to your threshing floor and from your winepress;
14 and you shall rejoice in your feast, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within thy gates;
15 seven days a feast to the Lord your God in the place which the LORD thy God; For you bless the LORD thy God, in all thy works, and in all the work of thine hands, and thou shalt surely rejoice.
16 Three times a year all your males shall appear before the Lord your God in the place which he shall choose: in the feast of unleavened bread, in the feast of weeks and in the feast of tabernacles; and [one] shall not appear before the LORD empty [hands]
17 but each with a gift in his hand, according to the blessing of the Lord thy God which he hath given thee.

18 In all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, put yourself judges and officers for your tribes and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment;
19 not pervert the law, do not look at the person and not take gifts, for gifts blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the right;
20 righteousness, seek truth, that thou mayest live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
21 Thou shalt not plant thee a grove of any trees near the altar of the LORD thy God, which thou shalt make thee,
22 and do not put yourself pillar that hate the LORD thy God.
