And you, son of man, prophesy against the mountains of Israel, and say, O mountains of Israel! Hear the word of the Lord.
Thus says the Lord GOD: Because the enemy said of you: 'ah! a! the ancient high places are ours in possession '
that prophesy, and say, Thus saith the Lord God: for it is because devastate you and absorb you from all sides, so that you became the property of other people and speak reproachfully subjected to gossip and people -
for this, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God: Thus saith the Lord God to the mountains and hills, the ravines and valleys, to the desolate ruins and abandoned cities which became a prey and derision to the residue of the heathen;
Therefore thus saith the Lord God: In the fire of my jealousy have I spoken against the rest of the nations and against all Edom, that have appointed my land into their possession with the joy of heart, with despiteful minds, to cast it out for a prey.
Prophesy therefore concerning the land of Israel, and say unto the mountains and to the hills, ravines and valleys, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I have spoken in my jealousy and in my fury, because ye have borne the shame of the nations.
Therefore thus saith the Lord God: I have lifted up my hand, Surely the heathen that are round about you, they shall bear their shame.
But you, O mountains of Israel, shall shoot forth your branches and yield your fruit to My people Israel; for they will soon come.
For, behold, I will turn to you, and you shall be tilled and sown.
And I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, all, and cities shall be inhabited and the ruins rebuilt.
eleven And I will multiply on you man and beast, and they shall be fruitful and multiply and populate you, as your old, and will do better unto you than at your beginnings: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
And I will bring on you people, my people Israel, and they shall possess thee, [the land]! and thou shalt be their inheritance, and shalt no more henceforth bereave them of men.
Thus says the Lord GOD: Because they say to you: `You - [land] that eateth men, and hast bereaved thy nations':
for thou shalt not eat people and your people will not bereave forward, says the Lord GOD.
And you will not hear more shame of the heathen, and the desecration of the tribes not suffer themselves already, and upon thy people, neither shalt thou make childless, saith the Lord GOD.

And it was to me the word of the Lord:
Son of man! when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it by their own and their works; their way was before me as the uncleanness of a woman during her impurity.
And I will pour out my wrath upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land, and because they defiled it with their idols.
And I scattered them among the nations, and they were dispersed through the countries; I judged them according to their ways, and according to their works.
And they came unto the nations, whither they went, they profaned My holy name, because of them say, `they - the people of the Lord, and went out of his land."
But I had pity for mine holy name, which the house of Israel profaned among the nations, whither they went.
Therefore say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord GOD: Not for your sake, O house of Israel, but for my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations, whither ye went.
And I will sanctify my great name, profaned among the nations, which you have profaned it, and the nations shall know that I am the LORD, says the Lord, when I will show you my holiness before their eyes.
I will take you from among the nations, and gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land.

I sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean from all your filthiness and from all your idols I will cleanse you.
And I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will take out of your flesh the heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.
I will put my spirit within you and do the things that you will walk in my judgments, and keep my judgments, and do them.
And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers, and you shall be my people, and I will be your God.
And I will save you from all your uncleanness, and call for the corn, and multiply it, and no famine upon you.
thirty And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the field, that you not bear the reproach of the nations because of famine.
Then shall ye remember your evil ways and your doings, and shall loathe yourselves for your iniquities and for your abominations.
Not for your sakes do I this, saith the Lord God, let it be known. Be ashamed and confounded for your ways, O house of Israel.
Thus says the Lord GOD: In the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, and are inhabited city, and the wastes shall be builded
And the desolate land shall be tilled, whereas it lay desolate in the sight of all that pass by,
then they say, `This land was desolate is become like the garden of Eden; and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are fortified and inhabited. '
Then the heathen that are left round about you, that I the LORD build the ruined, desolate zasazhdayu. I the LORD have said - and did.
Thus says the Lord God: Behold, even I will show mercy in my house of Israel, I will increase their men like a flock.
As the holy flock of Jerusalem in her appointed feasts, so will be full of people deserted the city, and they shall know that I am the LORD.
