Previous chapter Index
(14-2) Turn, O Israel, to the Lord your God; For thou hast fallen from thine iniquity.
(14-3) Take with you [prayerful] words and turn to the Lord; Say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive for good; and we will bring the sacrifice of our mouth.
(14-4) The Assyrian will not already save us; We shall not sit on a horse, and let us no longer speak the work of our hands: our gods; Because you have mercy for the orphans. "

(14-5) I will heal their falling away, I will love them according to good will; For my wrath is turned away from them.
I will be dew to Israel; He will blossom as a lily, and will take up his roots, like Lebanon.
th (14-7) His branches shall be broadened, and his beauty shall be like olive trees, and a fragrance from him, as from Lebanon.
th (14-8) Those who are sitting under his shadow will return, they will abound with bread, and bloom like a vine, they will be glorious like the wine of Lebanon.

(14-9) `What more do I care about idols? ' - says Ephraim. "I will hear him and look at him; I will be like a green cypress; From me you will have fruits.
(14-10) Who is wise to understand this? Who is intelligent to know it? For the ways of the Lord are right, and the righteous walk through them, and the wicked shall fall on them.
