Isaiah 3

1 Behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, will take away from Jerusalem and from Judah the stay and the staff, the whole stay of bread and the whole stay of water,
2 The mighty man and warrior, judge and prophet, and the prudent, and the ancient,
3 Pentecostal and nobleman and counselor, and the wise and skilful artist in the word.
4 And I will give their princes, and children shall rule over them.
5 And the people shall be oppressed by another, and everyone - his neighbor; the child shall behave himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against the honorable.
6 Then the man shall take hold of his brother of the house of his father, [and say] you [have] clothing, be thou our ruler, and let this ruin be under thy hand.
7 And [he] swear, saying, I can not heal [the wounds of society]; and in my house is neither bread nor clothing; do not make me ruler of the people.
8 For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen, because their tongue and their deeds - against the LORD, to provoke the eyes of His glory.

9 The expression on their faces testifies against them, and they declare their sin talk openly, as Sodom, they hide it not Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil to themselves.
10 Say to the righteous that good of [him], for they shall eat the fruit of their doings;
eleven the wicked - grief, because he will be retribution for [things] of his hands.
12 Oppressors of my people - the children, and women rule over them. O my people! thy rulers introduce you astray and the way the paths of your spoiled.
13 The LORD standeth in the court - and stands to judge the people.
14 The Lord will enter into judgment with the elders of his people and the princes thereof: for ye have eaten up the vineyard; spoil of the poor - in your houses;
15 what you mean by crushing my people and grind the faces of the poor? Saith the LORD, the LORD of hosts.

16 And the LORD saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, and appear majestic gait, and making a tinkling with their feet -
17 Expose the Lord crown the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will discover their secret parts;
18 in that day, Lord will take away the chain and sprockets on the feet, and the lune,
19 earrings, and necklaces, and mufflers, bonnets and wrists, and waist, and sosudtsy with spirits and magical pendants,
20 The rings, and nose,
21 upper and lower clothing, and scarves, and purses,
22 light and thin epanche bandages and blankets.
23 And instead of incense is a stench, and instead of a belt will be a rope, and instead of curled hair - baldness, and instead epanche wide - narrow sackcloth; instead of beauty - a brand.
24 Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty - the war.
25 And shall lament and weep gates [of the capital]
26 and she shall sit desolate on the ground.
