Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took each of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the Lord, which He had not commanded them;
And fire came out from the Lord and devoured them, and they died before the Lord.

And Moses said to Aaron, This is what the Lord spoke, when he said to me in the upcoming sanctified and glorified before all the people. Aaron was silent.
And Moses called Mishael and Elzaphan, sons of Uzziel the uncle of Aaron, and said unto them, Go, carry your brethren from before the sanctuary out of the camp.
And they came and carried them in their coats out of the camp, as Moses said.
Aaron, and to Eleazar and Ithamar, his sons, Moses said, uncover your heads and not your garments do not rend, that ye die not bring the wrath of the whole of society; but your brethren, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning which the LORD burned men,
and the door of the tabernacle of the congregation do not go out, lest ye die, for the anointing oil on you Lord. And they did according to the word of Moses.

And the LORD said unto Aaron, saying:
wine and spirits do not drink you and your sons with you, when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die. [This is] a perpetual statute throughout your generations;
so you can distinguish the sacred from the profane, and unclean and the clean,
eleven and teach the children of Israel all the statutes which the LORD hath spoken unto them by Moses.

And Moses said to Aaron and to Eleazar and Ithamar, his sons take the grain offering left over from the LORD made by fire, and eat it without leaven beside the altar: for it is most holy;
and eat it in the holy place, because it is thy due, and thy sons of the offerings of the LORD: so I am commanded [the Lord];
and the breast that is waved and the shoulder heave offering eat in a clean place, thou, and thy sons, and thy daughters with thee: for it is given to you in the land and in land thy sons of the peace offerings of the children of Israel;
thigh that is offered and the breast shall they bring with the offerings the fat of the offering before the LORD, and it shall be thine, and thy sons' with thee, as the LORD commanded.
And the goat of the sin, Moses was looking, and behold, it was burned. And he was angry with Eleazar and Ithamar, the sons of Aaron, and said:
Why do not you eaten the sin offering in the holy place? for it is most holy, and given it you to bear the iniquity of the congregation to purify them before the LORD;
Behold, the blood was not brought inside the sanctuary, and you should have eaten it in the holy place, as I commanded.
Aaron said to Moses, Behold, this day have they offered their sin offering and their burnt offering before the Lord, and this happened to me; if I eat today for a sin offering, whether it will be acceptable to the LORD?
And Moses heard and approved.
