Psalm 138
| 1 | (137-1) David ^^. ^^ I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods I sing to you. |
| 2 | (137-2) I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. |
| 3 | (137-3) On the day when I cried thou answeredst me, instilled in my soul. |
| 4 | (137-4) praise thee, O Lord, all the kings of the earth, when they hear the words of thy mouth |
| 5 | (137-5) and will sing the way of the Lord, for great is the glory of the Lord. |
| 6 | (137-6) The Lord is high: the lowly, and the proud he knoweth afar off. |
| 7 | (137-7) If I walk in the midst of trouble, thou revive me the wrath of my enemies thy hand, and thy right hand shall save me. |
| 8 | (137-8) The Lord will make me! Thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: work of your hands do not leave. |
