Psalm 37

1 (36-1) ^^ A Psalm of David. ^^ Do not be jealous of evildoers, neither be envious of the workers of iniquity,
2 (36-2) for they are like grass, soon be cut down like the green herb, wither.
3 (36-3) Wait on the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and keep the truth.
4 (36-4) Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will fulfill the desires of thine heart.
5 (36-5) Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He will do it,
6 (36-6) and displays, as light thy righteousness, and justice as the noonday.

7 (36-7) in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him. Do not be jealous prospers in his way, the man who bringeth wicked devices.
8 (36-8) Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; do not be jealous before, to do evil,
9 (36-9) For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait upon the Lord shall inherit the earth.
10 (36-10) A little more, and the wicked shall not be; his place, and it is gone.
eleven (36-11) But the meek shall inherit the earth, and delight in the abundance of peace.
12 (36-12) The wicked plots against the righteous and grinds at him with his teeth
13 (36-13) The Lord shall laugh at him: for he sees that his day is coming.
14 (36-14) The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, to slay [reaching] the right way:
15 (36-15) Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken.
16 (36-16) A little that a righteous man - better than the riches of many wicked;
17 (36-17) for the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholdeth the righteous.
18 (36-18) The Lord knows the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be for ever:
19 (36-19), they will not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine will be satisfied;
20 (36-20) but the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs, disappear, disappear in smoke.

21 (36-21) The wicked borrows and does not give, but the righteous shows mercy and gives.
22 (36-22) for the blessed of him shall inherit the earth, and cursed of him shall be cut off.
23 (36-23) God The steps [such] people, and He delights in his way:
24 (36-24) when he will fall, not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand.
25 (36-25) I was young and now am old, and have never seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread
26 (36-26) every day he shows mercy and lends, and his seed is blessed.
27 (36-27) Depart from evil, and do good, and dwell for evermore:
28 (36-28) for the Lord loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever; and the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
29 (36-29) The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.
thirty (36-30) The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue speaks justice.
31 (36-31) The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps.
32 (36-32) The wicked watches the righteous, and seeketh to slay him;
33 (36-33) but the LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.

34 (36-34) Trust in the Lord and keep his way: and he will exalt thee to inherit the land; and when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see.
35 (36-35) I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself like a green bay tree
36 (36-36), but he was, and that's not; I am looking for it and did not find.
37 (36-37) Watch the blameless and behold the upright, for the end of [this] man is peace;
38 (36-38) and the transgressors shall be destroyed; the future of the wicked will perish.
39 (36-39) From the Lord's salvation of the righteous, He - their strength in time of trouble;
40 (36-40) and the Lord will help them and deliver them; deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.
