(41-1) ^^ To the head of the choir. Teachings. The sons of Korah. ^^ (41-2) As the deer yearns for the streams of water, so my soul desires to you, O God!
(41-3) My soul longs for God, strong and living: when I come and appear before God!
(41-4) My tears were bread for me day and night, when they said to me every day, "Where is your God?"
(41-5) Remembering this, I pour out my soul, because I walked in the multitude, entered with them into the house of God with the voice of joy and praise of the celebrant congregation.
(41-6) Why art thou cast down, my soul, and why are ye troubled? Trust in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God.

th My soul is weary in me; Therefore, I remember You from the land of Jordan, from Hermon, from Mount Zoar.
th (41-8) The deep abysses invokes the voice of your waterfalls; All your waters and your waves have passed over me.
(41-9) In the daytime the Lord will show His mercy, and at night I will sing a song to Him, a prayer to the God of my life.
(41-10) I will say to God, my intercessor: why have you forgotten me? Why do I complain of insults to the enemy?
(41-11) As though striking my bones, my enemies curse over me, when they say to me every day, `Where is your God? '
eleven (41-12) Why art thou cast down, my soul, and why are ye troubled? Trust in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God.
