Corinthians 4

So everyone must understand us, as ministers of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.
From the stewards it is required that everyone be faithful.
For me, very little means, how judge you of me or [as] [judge] other people; I myself do not judge myself.
For though I do not know anything about myself, I do not justify myself; But the Lord is my judge.
Therefore, judge no time before the Lord comes, who will illuminate the hidden things in the darkness and discover the heart's intentions, and then everyone will have praise from God.
th This, brethren, I attached to myself and Apollos for you, so that you will learn from us not to philosophize beyond what is written, and not to be praised one in front of another.

th For who distinguishes you? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you got that you boast, as if you did not get it?
You are already fed up, you have already become rich, you have reigned without us. Oh, if you [and really] reigned, so that we, too, should reign with you!
For I think that God, the last messengers, judged us to be condemned to death, because we became a disgrace to the world, to the angels and men.
We are mad for Christ's sake, and you are wise in Christ; We are weak, and you are strong; You are in glory, and we are in dishonor.
eleven Even today we are hungry and thirsty, and we are naked and battered, and we wander,
And we work, working with our own hands. They spite us, we bless; Drive us, we tolerate;
They blaspheme us, we pray; We are like a dust for the world, [as] dust, by all [trampled] to this day.

I write this not to your shame, but I admonish you as my beloved children.
For though you have thousands of teachers in Christ, but not many fathers; I have begotten you in Christ Jesus through the gospel.
Therefore I beseech you, imitate me, as I am to Christ.

th For this I sent Timothy, my beloved and faithful in the Lord, to my son, who will remind you of my ways in Christ, as I teach everywhere in every church.
As I do not go to you, some [of you] are proud;
But I will come to you soon, if it pleases the Lord, and I will try not the words of the proud, but the power,
For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.
What do you want? With a rod to come to you, or with love and a spirit of meekness?
