1 At the end of the twenty years in which Solomon built the house of the Lord and his house,
2 Solomon also built the cities that Solomon Hiram gave and placed the sons of Israel in them.
3 So Solomon went to Hamath-Suva and took him.
4 And he built Fadmore in the wilderness, and all the cities for the reserves that he founded in Hamath.
5 He built the upper Bethhoron and Bethhoron the lower, the cities fortified, with walls, gates and locks,
6th And Baalath, and all the cities for the supplies that were to Solomon, and all the cities for chariots, and the cities for the mounted, and all that Solomon wanted to build in Jerusalem and in Lebanon and in all the land of his possession.
7th All the people that remained from the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites and the Jebusites, who were not of the sons of Israel,
8 Their children, who were left after them on the earth, whom the children of Israel did not destroy, "Solomon made a void to this day.
9 And the sons of Israel did not work for Solomon his work, but they were warriors, and the chiefs of his bodyguards, and the leaders of his chariots and his horsemen.
10 And there were the chief preceptors of King Solomon, who ruled the people, two hundred and fifty.
eleven And Solomon brought the daughter of Pharaoh from the city of David to the house that he had built for her, because, he said, a woman should not live in the house of David, the king of Israel, for he is holy, for the ark of the Lord has entered into him.

12 Then Solomon offered a burnt offering to the LORD on the altar of the Lord, which he made before the porch,
13 According to the commandment of every day, to offer burnt offerings, according to the commandment of Moses, on the sabbaths, and on new moons and on feasts three times a year: on the feast of unleavened bread, on the feast of weeks, and on the feast of tabernacles.
14 And he established, according to the order of David his father, the succession of priests in the service of them and of the Levites in their watchmen, that they should praise and minister to the priests according to the ordinance of every day, and the gatekeepers by their courses, to every gate, because this was David's will , The man of God.
15 And they did not retreat from the king's orders about the priests and Levites in anything, or in relation to the treasures.
16 So Solomon's whole work was organized from the day of the foundation of the house of the Lord to the perfect completion of it - the house of the Lord.
17th Then Solomon went to Ezion-gaver and to Elath, which is by the sea, in the land of Edom.
18 And Hiram sent him ships and slaves who knew the sea through servants, and they went with the Solomon servants to Ophir, and they took out four hundred and fifty talents of gold from there, and brought it to Solomon.
