And the LORD said unto Moses, another penalty I will bring upon Pharaoh and upon Egypt; after that he will let you go from here; when he shall let go, he shall surely thrust you out;
give ear to the people, to every man his neighbor, and every woman of her neighbor, jewels of silver and jewels of gold.
And the LORD gave the people favor [His] in the sight of the Egyptians, and Moses was very great in the land of Egypt, in the sight of Pharaoh's servants and in the eyes of the people.

And Moses said, Thus saith the Lord: At midnight I will pass through the midst of Egypt,
and die all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sitteth upon his throne, to the firstborn of the maidservant that is behind the mill; and all the firstborn of cattle;
and will be a great cry throughout the land of Egypt, such as never was, and what will no longer be;
but all the children of Israel, neither man nor beast: not a dog move his tongue, so that you know what a difference the Lord makes between the Egyptians and Israel.
And come all these thy servants unto me, and bow down to me, saying, Get thee out, and all the people that thee:. After that I will go. And there went out [Moses] from Pharaoh's wrath.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Pharaoh did not listen to you, that My wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt.
Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh; but the Lord hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he would not let the Israelites go out of his land.
