And my heart trembles from this and is moved from its place.
Listen, hear his voice and the thunder that comes out of his mouth.
Under the whole sky is its rolling, and its brilliance is to the ends of the earth.
Behind him, the voice rumbles; He thunders with His Majesty's voice and does not stop it when His voice is heard.
God trembles with his voice, makes great deeds, incomprehensible to us.

th For to the snow He says, "Be on earth; Equally fine rain and a great rain in His power.
th He places a seal on the hand of every person, so that all people know His work.
Then the beast goes into the shelter and stays in its lairs.
From the south comes a storm, from the north - cold.
From the breath of God, there is ice, and the surface of the water is compressed.
eleven Also, with moisture, He fills the clouds, and clouds pour out His light,
And they are guided by His intentions to fulfill what He will command them on the face of the inhabited earth.
He commands them to go either for punishment, or for favor, or for pardon.

Hearken to this, Job; Stand and understand the wonderful works of God.
Do you know how God disposes of them and commands the light to shine out of His cloud?
Do you understand the balance of the clouds, the wonderful work of the Perfect One in knowledge?
th How does your clothing warm up when He soothes the earth from the south?
Do you stretch out the heavens with Him, firm as a cast mirror?
Teach us what to say to Him? We can not understand anything in this darkness.
Will it be announced to Him what I am saying? Did anyone say that what he said is spoken to Him?

Now there is no visible light in the clouds, but the wind will blow and clear them.
Bright weather comes from the north, and a terrible magnificence surrounds God.
Almighty! We do not comprehend Him. He is great by power, judgment and the fullness of justice. He does not oppress anyone.
Therefore let men fear before him, and let all the wise in heart be dismayed at him!
