1 Attach the seals were: Nehemiah the governor, the son of Gahalii, and Zedekiah,
2 Seraiah, Azariah, Jeremiah,
3 Pashhur, Amariah, Malchijah,
4 Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch,
5 Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah,
6 Daniel Ginnefon, Baruch,
7 Meshullam, Abijah, Mijamin,
8 Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah: these were the priests.
9 The Levites: Jeshua the son of Azaniah, Binnui of the sons of Henadad, Kadmiel;
10 and their brethren, Shebaniah, Hodiah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan,
eleven Micha, Rehob, Hashabiah,
12 Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah,
13 Hodiah, ments, Venini.
14 Heads of the people: Parosh, Pahath-Moab, Elam, Zattu, Bani,
15 Bunni, Azhar, Bevan,
16 Adonijah Bigvay, Adin,
17 Ater, Hezekiah, Azur,
18 Hodiah, Hashum, Betz,
19 Hariph, Anathoth, Neva,
20 Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir,
21 Meshezavel, Zadok Iadduy,
22 Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah,
23 Hosea, Hananiah, Hasshub,
24 Lohesh, Pilha, Shovek,
25 Rehum, Hashabniah, Maaseiah,
26 Ahijah, Hanan, Anan,
27 Malluch, Harim, Baana.
28 And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the temple servants, and all separated from the peoples of the lands to the law of God, their wives, their sons and their daughters, all who could hear with understanding,
29 clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into an obligation with an oath and a curse - to act according to the law of God, which was given by Moses, the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our God, and his judgments and his statutes;
thirty and do not give our daughters unto the people, and not take their daughters for your sons;
31 and when the peoples of the land bring ware or any corrupt on Saturday, do not take them on the Sabbath or on a holy day, and in the seventh year the debts of all kinds.

32 And we made a law to give from yourself with the third part of a shekel in a year on the need for the house of our God:
33 For the shewbread, and for the continual meat offering, and for the continual burnt offering, on Saturday, on the new moons, for the holidays, for the holy things and for the sin offerings to make atonement for Israel, and for all the work in the house of our God.
34 And we cast lots for the wood offering, the priests, the Levites and the people, which generation of our times appointed, year by year, to bring [them] to the house of our God, to burn upon the altar of the LORD our God, as written in the law.
35 [And we are committed to] every year bring to the house of the Lord the first-fruits of our ground and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees;
36 also result in our house to the priests of God, serving in the house of our God, the firstborn of our sons and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstborn of cattle and small our cattle.
37 And the firstfruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of every tree, the wine and the oil, to the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God, and the tithe of our ground to the Levites. They, the Levites, take the tithes in all the cities of our tillage.
38 With the Levites, when the Levites take tithes, will the priest the son of Aaron, the Levites tithe of the tithes to the house of our God to the rooms, [separated] the treasure,
39 because in these rooms as the children of Israel, and the Levites shall bring the offering: bread, wine and oil. There the sacred vessels, and employees of the priests, and the porters, and the singers. And we will not forsake the house of our God.
