And the LORD said unto Aaron, Thou and thy sons and thy father's house with thee shall bear the iniquity [careless in] the sanctuary; and thou and thy sons with thee shall bear the iniquity [the problem] in your priesthood.
And thy brethren also, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of your father, take thee, that they may be joined unto thee, and minister unto thee: but thou and thy sons with thee [to be] in the tabernacle of witness;
And they shall keep thee, and the charge of all the tabernacle; only to not come nigh the vessels of the sanctuary and to the altar, lest they die and you as well.
They shall be joined unto thee, and serve in the tabernacle of the congregation, for all the tabernacle: and a stranger shall not come nigh unto you.
So charge of the sanctuary and the altar, that there be no wrath any more upon the children of Israel;
your brethren, the Levites, I have taken from the children of Israel and gave them to you, as a gift to the Lord, for the service of the tabernacle of the congregation;
and thou and thy sons with thee shall keep your priesthood for everything of the altar, and within the veil, and serve; I give you a gift of priesthood service, and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

And the Lord said to Aaron: Behold I have given thee the charge of my firstfruits of all the children of Israel, I have given thee, and to thy sons for the priestly office, a statute for ever;
This shall be to you most holy things, from the fire; every offering of their meat, and every sin offering of theirs, and every trespass offering of theirs, which they render unto me; it is most holy for thee and for thy sons.
In the most holy place shalt thou eat it; every male may eat. it shall be holy to you.
eleven Now that you from offering of their gift all the wave offerings of the sons of Israel I have given you and your sons and your daughters with you, a statute for ever; Everyone who is clean in your house may eat it.
All the best of the oil and all the best of the wine and wheat, the firstfruits of them which they give to the Lord, I have given you;
all the first ripe in the land, which they bring unto the LORD, shall be thine; Everyone who is clean in your house may eat it.
Every thing devoted in Israel shall be thine.
All that opens the womb in all flesh, which they bring to the Lord, of man or beast, shall be yours; the firstborn of man you shall redeem, and the firstborn of unclean beasts shall be redeemed;
and redemption for them: from a month old, according to your estimation, take a ransom of five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, which is twenty gerahs;
but the firstborn of a cow, or the firstborn of a sheep, or the firstborn of a goat, thou shalt not redeem; sprinkle their blood upon the altar, and shall burn their fat as a sacrifice for a sweet savor unto the LORD;
the flesh of them shall be thine, as the wave breast and as the right shoulder are thine.
All the firstfruits of the sanctuary which the children of Israel to the Lord, I give to you and your sons and your daughters with you, a statute for ever; it is a covenant of salt for ever before the LORD unto thee and to thy seed with thee.

And the Lord said to Aaron: In their land you will not have an inheritance, and you will have no part among them; I am your portion and your inheritance among the children of Israel;
and the sons of Levi, behold, I have given for an inheritance the tithes of all that is in Israel, for their service, because they are the service of the tabernacle of the congregation;
and the children of Israel shall not henceforth come nigh the tabernacle of the congregation, lest they bear sin, and die:
But the Levites shall do the service of the tabernacle of witness and bear their iniquity. This is a statute forever throughout your generations; among the children of Israel they have no inheritance;
But the tithes of the children of Israel, which they offer as an heave offering unto the LORD, I have given to the Levites to inherit: therefore I have said unto them, Among the children of Israel they have no inheritance.
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying:
unto the Levites, and say unto them, When ye take of the children of Israel the tithes which I have given you from them for your inheritance, the heave of her offering to the LORD, a tithe of the tithe -
and it is reckoned to you offering to your like bread from the threshing floor and as the fullness of the winepress
and you shall offer an heave offering unto the LORD of all your tithes, which ye receive of the children of Israel, and ye shall give thereof the LORD's heave offering to Aaron the priest;
of all your gifts you present an offering to the Lord, the hallowed part thereof.
thirty And thou shalt say to them: When you bring the best out of this, then it shall be counted unto the Levites as produce of the threshing floor and the winepress
you can eat it in every place, you and your households, for it is your reward for your service in the tabernacle of the congregation;
and ye shall bear no sin for it, when will bring the best out of this world; and the children of Israel might not be defiled, and not die.
