Proverbs 8

Does not wisdom call? Does not understanding raise its voice?
It becomes on high places, at the road, at the crossroads;
She calls at the gate at the entrance to the city, at the entrance to the door:
"To you, people, I cry, and to the sons of men my voice!
Learn, unreasonable, prudence, and stupid reason.
th Listen, because I will speak important, and the saying of my mouth is true;
th For my tongue will speak the truth, and ungodliness is an abomination to my mouth;
All the words of my mouth are just; There is no treachery and cunning in them;
All of them are clear for the reasonable and fair for those who have acquired knowledge.
Accept my teaching, and not silver; Knowledge is better than choice gold;
eleven Because wisdom is better than pearls, and nothing of the desired can be compared with it.

I, wisdom, dwell with reason and seek judicious knowledge.
The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and an evil way and a treacherous mouth I hate.
My advice is true; I have intelligence, I have strength.
By me kings reign and masters legitimize the truth;
I am governed chiefs and grandees and all the judges of the earth.
th I love those who love me, and those who seek me will find me;
Wealth and glory are with me, the treasure is unbending and true;
My fruits are better than gold, and the purest gold, and more from me than from choice silver.
I walk the path of truth, in the paths of justice,
To deliver to those who love me a substantial good, and I am filling up their treasuries.

The Lord had me the beginning of his way, before his creatures, from the beginning;
From the beginning I was anointed, from the beginning, before the earth was.
I was born when there were no abysses yet, when there were no springs full of water.
I was born before the mountains were erected, before the hills,
th When he did not create any earth, no fields, no initial dust of the universe.
th When He prepared the heavens, I was there. When He led a circular line across the face of the abyss,
When he claimed above the clouds, when he strengthened the sources of the abyss,
When he gave the sea a charter so that the waters would not overstep his limits when he believed the foundations of the earth:
thirty Then I was beside him as an artist, and I was a joy all the day, having fun before Him all the time,
Having rejoiced in his earthly circle, and my joy [was] with the sons of men.

So, children, listen to me; And blessed are those who keep my ways!
Listen to instruction and be wise, and do not back down [from] [him].
Happy is the man who listens to me, watching every day at my gate and standing guard at my door!
Because whoever found me found life, and will receive the grace of the Lord;
And he who sins against me does harm to his soul: all who hate me love death. "
