(143-1) David ^^. ^^ Blessed be the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for battle and my fingers to fight
(143-2) is my and my fencing grace, my refuge, and my deliverer, my shield, --and I have waited for him; He subdues me my people.
(143-3), Lord! What is man, that you know about him, and the son of man that you pay attention to it?
(143-4) Man is like a breath; his days - like a shadow.
(143-5), Lord! Bow thy heavens, and come down; touch the mountains, and they shall smoke
(143-6) Cast forth lightning, and scatter them; thine arrows, and destroy them;
(143-7), Stretch out thine hand from above; rid me, and deliver me from many waters, from the hand of strange children,
(143-8), whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand - right hand of falsehood.

(143-9) Oh! I will sing a new song to You, of ten strings I will sing to you,
(143-10) that giveth salvation unto kings: who delivereth David his servant from the hurtful sword.
eleven (143-11) Deliver me and rescue me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand - right hand of falsehood.
(143-12) our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters - how artfully sculpted pillars of a palace.
(143-13), our garners may be full, affording all manner of store; our sheep thousands and ten thousands in our fields;
(143-14) [Let there be] our oxen are obese; Let there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets.
(143-15) Blessed is the nation whose it is. Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD.
