Psalm 97

1 (96-1) The Lord reigns, let the earth rejoice; so many islands having fun.
2 (96-2) Clouds and darkness are round about him; righteousness and judgment - the foundation of his throne.
3 (96-3) fire goes before Him and burns up his enemies around.
4 (96-4) His lightnings enlightened the world; the earth sees and trembles.
5 (96-5) The mountains melted like wax, melt before the Lord, before the Lord of all the earth.
6 (96-6) The heavens declare his righteousness, and all peoples see his glory.
7 (96-7) Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols. Worship him, all ye gods.

8 (96-8) Zion heard and was glad; and the daughters of Judah have fun because of thy judgments, O Lord,
9 (96-9) For thou, O Lord, the Most High over all the earth, exalted far above all gods.
10 (96-10) Those who love the Lord, hate evil! He keeps the souls of his saints; from the hand of the wicked deliver them.
eleven (96-11) The light shines on the righteous, and the upright in heart - joy.
12 (96-12) Rejoice, ye righteous, in the Lord and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
