Accept the one who is weak in faith without disputing opinions. |
2
For another is sure [that one can] eat everything, and the weak one eats vegetables. |
3
Whoever eats, do not despise the one who does not eat; And whoever does not eat, do not judge the one who eats, because God accepted him. |
4
Who are you, condemning another's slave? Before his Lord he stands, or falls. And he will be rebuilt, for God is able to raise him up. |
5
Someone else distinguishes day from day, and another judges every day [is equal]. Everyone act according to his own mind. |
6th
He who discerns the days distinguishes the Lord; And whoever does not distinguish between days does not distinguish the Lord. He who eats, eats to the Lord, for he thanks God; And whoever does not eat, does not eat for the Lord, and thanks God. |
7th
For none of us lives for ourselves, and no one dies for ourselves; |
8
But whether we live, we live for the Lord; We die for the Lord: therefore, whether we live or die, [always] the Lord. |
9
For Christ, for that matter, died, and rose again, and he lived again, that he might have dominion over both the dead and the living. |
10
But why do you judge your brother? Or do you, why do you humiliate your brother? We will all stand at the Judgment Seat of Christ. |
eleven
For it is written, "As I live," says the Lord, "every knee will bow to Me, and every tongue will confess God." |
12
So each of us for ourselves will give an account to God. |
13
Let us not judge each other any more, but rather judge how not to give the brother a stumbling block or a temptation. |
14
I know and believe in the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing in itself that is unclean; Only worshiping something that is unclean is unclean. |
15
If your brother grieves for food, then you are no longer acting according to love. Do not destroy your food with the one for whom Christ died. |
16
Do not blaspheme your good. |
17th
For the kingdom of God is not food and drink, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. |
18
Whoever serves Christ, is pleasing to God and [worthy of] approval from people. |
19
So let us look for that which serves the world and for mutual edification. |
20
For the sake of food, do not destroy the works of God. Everything is clean, but it's bad for a man who eats temptation. |
21
It is better not to eat meat, not to drink wine, and not [do] anything [such], why your brother stumbles, or is tempted or exhausted. |
22
Do you have faith? Have it in yourself, before God. Blessed is he who does not judge himself in what he chooses. |
23
But the doubter, if he eats, is condemned, because not by faith; But all that is not of faith, sin. |
