Terminology related to the operation of gas systems!
Knowledge of these terms, of course, will be useful to you when introducing methods, and indeed in life, since you are connected with the operation of devices using natural or liquefied gas.
Gas meter, gas meter, natural gas metering device. Technical device, the main function, which is accounting for the consumption of the use of natural gas.
Gas system. Somewhat simpler it can be said that this is a gas pipeline, to which special technical devices are connected, which regulate the flow of natural gas, keep records of the consumption of natural gas and distribute natural gas.
Gas pipeline Part of the gas system. The gas pipeline is designed to transfer natural gas from a natural gas supplier to a consumer.
Counting mechanism. A technical device that works in conjunction with a gas metering mechanism. Its role is to calculate the data for the gas passed and the transformation of this data into eye-readable mathematical value (using a dial). With him directly removed testimony to pay for the consumed substance.
Diaphragm gas meter. One of the varieties of the most common gas meters. Details will be described in the relevant sections.
Rotary gas meter. One of the varieties of the most common gas meters. Details will be described in the relevant sections.

Gas reducer. A device that regulates the release of natural gas from a liquefied gas cylinder.
Natural gas. The provisional name of the combustible gas, which is supplied through a gas pipeline.
Jamming (counter). Certain technical intervention that causes some parts of the mechanisms to become inoperable.
Depressurization. Technical intervention, which causes some parts of the gas system to pass a specially created inside environment (injected natural gas) into the environment.
Detail. Not collapsible thing used in the technique, which can perform only one given function in technical mechanisms.
Mechanism. A specific set of parts that collectively perform a specific, specified function.
Device. A specific set of technical mechanisms in the aggregate that perform a specific predetermined function.
Fitting. There is a special device in the gas pipeline, the help of which can be used to divert or wind up natural gas from the gas pipeline (see the figure below).
Clamp A device that fits on a specific section of the pipeline. The function of the clamp is to seal the holes in the pipeline (see figure below).
Private sector (in terms of gas consumption). Private property on which natural gas consumption occurs. Natural gas should not be used for commercial purposes (for example, for the manufacture of certain products for sale). If it is used to manufacture certain products for sale, then this sector is called manufacturing. For the manufacturing sector, special rules for natural gas consumption apply.
Special clamp (OUR clamp). Besides the fact that the clamp seals the holes in the gas pipeline, it is still from the hole, natural gas is directed in a certain direction (see the figure below). These clamps are sold in hardware stores and markets.
Left gas pipeline. Gas pipeline designed to use unaccounted gas.
Junction A specific section of the gas system to which certain technical equipment is attached, or another gas system.
Master gasman. Professional (specialist), who specifically studied the rules of use and repair of gas equipment.
Gas inspection services. Organizations that are designed to monitor the consumption and consumption of natural gas.
Stop gas meter. The impact on the meter, as a result of which, natural gas passes unaccounted for through the gas meter.
Slowing down the gas meter. The impact on the meter, as a result of which, natural gas passes through the gas meter partially accounted.
The winding of the gas meter. The impact on the meter, as a result of which, the gas meter readings change independently of the gas passing through it (as a rule, in the direction of decreasing).
Seal. A protective device (usually of lead or in the form of a sticker), in the presence of which it is practically impossible to open a certain part of the mechanism without destroying the seals.
Cream. Device, with the help of which, sealing.
Blank for fillings. A detail that, when exposed to a plombir, turns into a seal.
Device for installing a protective mechanism. It is installed most often on ice cream. In modern seals with an identification number, it is installed directly on the blank for the seal. When using it, the blank for filling turns into a complete filling.
An identification number. A certain number of numbers and letters, which is assigned to a certain seal. Theoretically, the repetition of the identification number should not be.
Peripheral device. A device that is derived from the general technical device.
Shaft. The part through which the rotational motion is transmitted.
Gear. The part that can be used to transfer rotational movement from one part (for example, gears) to another part.
Special mechanical damage. Damage that was done in a particular mechanism intentionally.
Natural mechanical damage. Damage to the device due to defective parts installed over time or over time.
Nozzle A piece of pipe that is attached at one end to a specific part of the system (for example, the pipes are welded to the body of a gas meter) is similar to a fitting.
Eight-shaped shaft. One of the parts that are installed in rotary counters.
Sealing ring. It is made of a special soft material (for example, rubber). It is intended for sealing gaps, which inevitably arise at the junctions of two technical systems, for example, a meter and a gas pipeline.
Minimum consumption of natural gas. One of the periods is consumption of natural gas by the consumer, when it was consumed in the smallest amounts relative to other periods of consumption of natural gas.
Exit gas pipeline. A device to which this or that gas consumer can be connected.
Cylinder with liquefied gas. A special tank into which a certain type of natural gas is pumped under high pressure.
The locking device on the gas meter. A device inside a gas meter that is designed to block it when trying to force a gas meter to work in the opposite direction.
Compressor and vacuum cleaner. Technical devices that can create a lot of pressure.
Coupling. Special technical device, which, by means of threaded connections, interconnect devices or systems.
