Music and information radio station. It broadcasts programs from Kiev, adding their own ad units (information and welcome programs) to them. Slogan: "Good radio". Music format: chanson (author's and bardic song, traditional and modern urban romance, post-Soviet rock, folk song, Russian jazz, songs from movies and songs of Soviet emigration of different years).
In addition to music blocks on the air, news, informative and educational headings, hit parades, thematic, playful, entertaining and welcoming programs. The station exists since 1996 year. In its current form - from the middle of March 2005.
(From 1996 to 1998, the station conducted its own broadcasting with the call-sign "Radio" VTV.From 1998 to February 2002 - represented the program "Russian radio Vinnytsia" with partial use of the programs of the Moscow network "Russian radio". Over time, by the beginning of March 2005 - broadcast programs of "Russian Radio - Ukraine" from Kiev).
