Radio 4 is part of the Estonian National Broadcasting Corporation and has the largest audience among the Russian-language media channels in Estonia. We have been working since May 1, 1993. Our programs can be heard all over Estonia, as well as in Finland, Russia, Latvia and Sweden. Thanks to cooperation with the Council of Europe, the Narva Radio Studio 4 was opened in 1996. Correspondents of our radio station are in different places in Estonia, so our listeners can receive information almost everywhere with maximum speed.
