TECHNOLOGY OF MANUFACTURE OF "ISOCIANATE" GLUE

The isocyanate adhesive provides a solid association of rubber with metal. Composition of the glue: leuconate is also dichloroethane in a ratio of 2: 8 . The parts are also degreased. The metal is covered with glue and is also dried on an atmosphere of 30-40 minutes . Then the main layer is applied to the rubber, but the metal is different. After 20-30 minutes , a third layer is applied to the metal, but another is applied to the rubber. The parts are connected, compressed, heated up to a temperature of 180-240 deg. Also dried at this temperature for 10-12 minutes .

Joiner glue is widely used for gluing wood. The quality of the adhesive depends largely on the correctness of its preparation. The required number of dry tile glue is crushed, poured with clean cold water ( 3-5 cm above the level of the glue) and also kept in it for 6-12 hours . Later, the swell of glue is drained off the top layer of water, the dishes with glue are placed in a "water bath" , i.e. the container with glue is placed in a vessel with water, also heated on a small fire, stirring occasionally, until all pieces of glue dissolve. During preparation, the temperature of the adhesive should not exceed 60-70 degrees. , In another way the gluing ability of it worsens. In the process of gluing the temperature of the adhesive solution should be 30-50 degrees. .

When gluing wood along the fibers, the surfaces of the parts are glued with glue once, the end faces - a couple of times, letting the main layer dry out. The parts to be glued are not pressed together at once, as if the hot glue is partially squeezed outward, but allow the glue to dry for 3-5 minutes (the film should be also sticky in the filament when it is being scratched by the finger). Later this piece is joined, slightly rubbed, slightly shifting them, then compressed (with clamps, clamps) or pulled (twine, bandage) also left for 4-6 hours . When repairing the products, the layer of the previous glue is removed. To do this, wet the rag with water and put it on the adhesive layer for 2 hours . The softened adhesive is scraped off with a knife, chisel or spatula.

The strength of the adhesive seam depends on its thickness, as well as the moisture content of the wood. To obtain a strong joint, the thickness of the joint should not be more than 0.1-0.15 mm . If the moisture content of wood is more than 12% (veneer - 5% ), the adhesion strength is significantly deteriorated. A small additive of antiseptic (borax, phenol, salicylic acid) acts glue resistant against all types of mold.
