And the time between turning on and off the TV is silenced. If the TV does not repair, then the malfunction progresses further and the TV soon does not turn on from the duty room at all. Your actions:
1. Turn on the TV in the duty room and check the voltage on the collector Q621 in the power supply. It must be at least 30 volts. If less - we change the optocoupler.
2. Check the power of the processor on the 22 leg. Replace the burnt resistors in the stabilizer.
3. Usually in the BP burn R574, 573. Check for integrity.
4. Turn on the TV from the attendant. At the collector Q621, the voltage is not less than 30 volts. If less - there are two ways to normalize it: either replace the optocoupler (check again for 30 volts), or install it, reducing R574, 573. I always have 10 kΩ / 0.5W in stock. I put one instead of two.

5). FUNAI TV-2000A MK7.

But you can only watch them when there is a tuning bar on the screen. Naturally there is no sound. Reason - Short circuit in the AFT loop. The normal resistance is 0.7 Ohms. There is 0,0 Ohm. For the last week brought already two vehicles with such a malfunction. Both are 4 years old.

9). FUNAI MK-8.

The power supply does not start. The fuse and all transistors are intact. A short circuit in the secondary circuits was not detected. The overhead test showed that there is no bias based on the output transistor Q601 type 2SD734 (25V, 0.7A, 0.6W 250Mhz). The displacement is fed through 4 series-connected resistors R620, R626, R627, R628 with a resistance of 56k. In my case, one of the resistors was cut off, and one increased its resistance to 120k. Accordingly, under maximum load, the charge current C510 = 15V: 2,2k = 7 mA (minimum); In standby mode, current through Q504 (2SB698) = 7 * 50 = 350 mA; The power on the Q504љ is about 0.5 ... 0.8 W (here it is very hot!). Therefore, changing the value of R506 (2,2k) is wrong - only the adjustment range will decrease ... And the current in the mode of XX through Q504 will change by 3 ... 5% (the effect is purely symbolic!). I see two methods for improving the situation:
1) (It is tried) to install A966 on long legs (plus still bend them 3 mm and solder them to the row located R513). By the way, I took out the transistor 2SB698 without soldering - all the solder was some blackened, cloddy and did not hold conclusions. Part of the contact pads was also destroyed (collapsed during subsequent soldering).
2) change the generator currents (reduce by 1.5 times), respectively, to 0.35 ... 0.5 W, the heating of 2SB698 will decrease. This is only possible if the 2SC3807 has a high gain (40 or more, over 100 recommend). So: C510 instead of 0,022 set 0,015 R509 instead of 560 set 820 Ω R506 instead of 2,2k set 3,3 kΩ R510 instead of 22k set 33 kOm It is possible to apply both methods.

13). FUNAY MK10.

I changed two L7PAL-3RD processors, and the malfunction did not disappear. Malfunction: went off the system Q621, Q106, R121, R122, C633. After replacing all these elements, the result is not triggered from the standby mode. There is no triggering pulse on the 13th leg of the processor. Cause: The IC102 memory is faulty (24LC02BP). Although many say that memory does not matter!

14). Malfunction of TV Funaj 2000A MK8.

Consists in the following: after switching on after 5 minutes and sometimes even earlier the TV goes into standby mode, although in fact it is not a standby mode. The voltage on the processor is less than 5 volts, then after a certain period of time the TV can spontaneously turn on, etc. The fault is in the power supply. After replacing the diode D616, the working capacity has recovered, the soldered diode is completely correct when the wire is plugged, but if it is dripped with alcohol or acetone in the state of the above-described malfunction of the TV, then the TV's working capacity is restored for a while and then the TV goes off again during warm-up. Replacing the diode solved this problem (KD522).

15). FUNAI MK-10.
