TYPICAL TROUBLESHOOTING OF TV "FUNAI"
1). FUNAI 2000MK10. After 15-20 minutes the TV turns off. After replacing the optocoupler C817, the defect was eliminated. |
2). FUNAI 1400MK8 with TXT. The image disappears periodically, the screen is dimmed, there is no volume control. Faulty voltage regulator microcircuit, 5 volts, power of teletext (instead of 5 volts was 3.6 volts), which leads to a false switch from the output of "WINDOW" to the video processor. |
3). FUNAI 2000MK3. After 5-10 minutes of operation, the screen becomes bright green, lines of a backing are visible. Closure of the cathode with the heater (replacement of the kinescope is needed). The normal resistance is 0.7 Ohms. There is 0,0 Ohm. For the last week brought already two vehicles with such a malfunction. Both are 4 years old. |
9). FUNAI MK-8. The power supply does not start. The fuse and all transistors are intact. A short circuit in the secondary circuits was not detected. The overhead test showed that there is no bias based on the output transistor Q601 type 2SD734 (25V, 0.7A, 0.6W 250Mhz). The displacement is fed through 4 series-connected resistors R620, R626, R627, R628 with a resistance of 56k. In my case, one of the resistors was cut off, and one increased its resistance to 120k. Therefore, changing the value of R506 (2,2k) is wrong - only the adjustment range will decrease ...
