If I switched on without a lamp, the SMR40200 took off. On your site there is a diagram of this microassembly. I took a solid, strong needle and successfully removed the protective layer. This took me about half an hour. In the microassembly, the transistor 1P was found to be faulty. I replaced it with KT3117A. The TV is still working fine.

7). SAMSUNG many models with power supply unit for SMR 40200 (SMR-40000) and HIS-0169.

Malfunction: The increased supply voltage of the cascade of the horizontal scan in the "STANDBY" mode is 160-170 V instead of 140V. Under load, in the "POWER ON" mode, the voltage is normal: 125-127 V. Replacing SMR and HIS does not help. Exit from the situation: the choke (black color) connected by the legs between 3 and 4 HIS-0169 is defective. It should be replaced by self-made: on a ferrite ring dia.10 (1000-2000 nm) wind 40 turns of wire PEL dia. 0.4 (0.3-0.5) mm.

Between the 3 pin of the microassembly HIS-0169 and the terminal L803, the track on the board was cut and the resistor MLT-0,125 130 Ohm was installed. On occasion, in another device I checked this find. After replacing the burnt R2KN and the line transistor (SMR-40200 and HIS-0169 in this case sustained), the voltage in the dezh. Mode was about 150-160 V. I quickly turn off the device, do the above described revision and everything is OK, Uvy. Dej. About 135-140V, in the operating mode of 130V, which is the norm. Now I am repairing the PSU on the SMR-40200 and HIS-0169, I definitely do its revision.

When you switch programs, the setting is not saved. The memory chip 24C04PC was replaced. The replacement was made on the chip 24C04A, after which the setting did not go wrong, but the Russian language disappeared in the menu.

16). SAMSUNG CS-721APTR.

The TV does not turn on, the power supply comes into protection. When checking the power supply for an external load, it turned out that the protection is triggered by too much and too little load. In such TVs, when checking power supplies, they must be loaded with a 220 volt 150-200 watts lamp. Upon further testing, a faulty pulse transformer was found in the horizontal scan. For verification, I used a pulse tr. MIT-3, having connected its two windings in series and including them as primary, and the remaining one winding as secondary, the TV began to turn on normally. The native transformer was then rewound.

17). SAMSUNG 5385.

The brightness changes spontaneously. The line transformer FS20A001 is faulty. After replacing the TV works fine.

18). SAMSUNG large (72cm.).

There is often a breakdown: the small size of the raster horizontally, the "cushion". During the repair it was found that the throttle burned in the geometric corr. Circuit. Raster (black such, not far from TDKS). To find the original was not possible, rewind was lazy, replaced by DRT1-1, having bitten off two extra legs. There were no repetitions.
