The invention relates to the construction materials industry and can be used in the manufacture of sand-lime bricks and wall materials. The technical result is to increase the adhesion of silica brick and wall materials with the solution, reducing the volume weight, reduced thermal conductivity, improved sound absorption while maintaining strength properties, cost reduction through the use of local natural resources. The raw material mixture for the production of sand-lime bricks and wall materials, including lime, sand, additive contains as an additive expanded clay gravel fraction 5-10 mm, in the following ratio, wt.%: 10,2-12,2 lime, sand 39, 8-47,8, expanded clay gravel 40-50.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used for producing sand-lime bricks and wall materials.
Known raw meal for the production of sand-lime brick (1), including in wt.% Lime 6-8 91,4-93 quartz sand, additive 0.6-1.
Known raw meal for the production of sand-lime brick (2), including in wt.% Quartz sand 15-17, 6-8 lime, clay and salt slag 30-45, 43-45 ash.
The disadvantages of known mixtures is the complexity of the preparation of additives.
The closest to the claimed is a raw mix for the production of lightweight sand-lime brick (3), comprising in wt.% 7,08-8,58 lime, sand Karakum 42,6-51,95, pyrite cinders 9,47-10,50, argillaceous sand 13,92-24,40 porous, water the rest.
A disadvantage of the known mixture is increased cost, poor adhesion of bricks with mortar.
An object of the claimed invention is to increase the adhesion of silica brick and wall materials with the solution, reducing the volume weight, reduced thermal conductivity, improved sound absorption while maintaining strength properties, cost reduction through the use of local natural resources.
The problem is solved by the fact that the raw material mixture for the production of sand-lime bricks and wall materials offered in the following ratio, wt.%:
Lime 10,2-12,2
Sand 39,8-47,8
Expanded clay gravel 40-50
The proposed raw mixture for producing silica brick and wall materials, including lime, sand, characterized in that as an additive use expanded clay gravel, which should have a bulk density of above 600 kg / m 3, a grain consisting fraction with a grain size of from 5 to 10 mm. No less important requirement applies to the form of grains of expanded clay, which must be rounded, and clay gravel aspect ratio should not exceed 1.2-1.5.
Use as clay gravel additives (wt.%) Within 40-50 provide a reduction of the thermal conductivity in the range of 0.38 to 0.45 W / m, the decrease in the bulk density of bricks between 1477 to 1572 kg / m 3.
The porous structure of silicate bricks and wall materials with the addition of expanded clay gravel will improve sound absorption and allow the use in the construction of wall partitions and load bearing walls as insulation filler.

In carrying out the invention can be obtained the following technical result: the use of expanded clay gravel will provide calcium silicate bricks and wall materials with high thermal properties, improved sound absorption and low bulk density; improve the manufacturability of the process by accelerating the chemical reaction between Ca (OH) 2, silica SiO 2 component and the addition of expanded clay gravel, resulting in the formation of calcium tobermoritopodobnye hydrosilicates, giving strength and durability autoclave silicate materials.
The compositions of the proposed feed mixture are presented in the table.
Example 1. To prepare 1 cubic meter silicate is mixed lime-sand mixture in an amount of 1305 kg, the additive clay gravel density 441 kg / m 3 in an amount of 267 kg. From the mixture of said composition forming raw samples, which are then subjected to hydrothermal autoclave steaming.
The result is a silicate brick with the following properties:
compressive strength - 100-125 kg / m 2,
bulk density - 1572 kg / m 3,
thermal conductivity - 0.45 W / m.
