The invention relates to the field of waterproofing roll coatings. The coating includes a polymer-bitumen composition based on chlorosulfonated polyethylene "Anticor MPB-1", a rubber sub-layer "Unikrom" based on rubbers and a polyamide fabric with an additional content in the polymer-bitumen composition as a modifying additive of chlorinated polyethylene with a chlorine content of 40% by weight. The coating for extending the service life further comprises protective layers of plasticized polyvinyl chloride and an anticorrosion enamel based on chlorosulfonated polyethylene. The coating has a higher elasticity (relative elongation at break), tensile strength and frost resistance while maintaining the main operational properties (heat resistance and water absorption).

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of construction of waterproofing roll coatings.

Various waterproofing coatings are known, which include a primer adhesive, a roll woven base with a rubber sub-layer and sometimes an upper protective layer (TU 5774-107-00300191-00; Refining and petrochemical industry, 2001, 3, pp. 34-36 ). At the same time, these technical solutions make it possible to obtain coatings with insufficient physical and mechanical properties and frost resistance.

The closest to the proposed on the technical essence and the achieved result is a waterproofing coating [Technical Textile, 2002, 4, September, p. 32-33], which includes a polymer-bitumen composition based on chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE) "Anticor MPB-1", a roll woven basis - polyamide fabric and a rubber sub-layer - "Unikrom" material based on rubbers as a priming adhesive and impregnating fabric. This composition is characterized by good heat resistance, but insufficient elasticity, strength and frost resistance. We made this technical decision for a prototype.

The object of the invention is to increase the elasticity, strength and frost resistance of the coating while maintaining the main operational properties.

The aim is achieved by the fact that a combined waterproofing roll coating comprising a polymer-bitumen composition based on chlorosulfonated polyethylene "Anticor MPB-1", a rubber sub-layer "Unikrom" based on rubbers and a polydmidic fabric, further contains, as a modifying additive in the polymer-bitumen composition Chlorinated polyethylene with a chlorine content of 40% by weight, with the following ratio of components, mass parts:

Polymer-bitumen composition 95.0-105.0

Chlorinated polyethylene 25.0-35.0

To increase the service life of the combined waterproofing roll coating, a protective layer of plasticized polyvinylchloride is applied to the outer surface (Encyclopedia of Polymers, M., 1972, 1, p. 442) and 1-2 layers of corrosion-resistant enamel based on chlorosulfonated polyethylene (Patent of the Russian Federation No. 2156784, 2000 ; TU 2316-001-45134287-01).

Protective layers can be made of any plasticized PVC and any corrosion-resistant enamel based on chlorosulfonated polyethylene.

Since the combined waterproofing roll coating claimed by us differs from the prototype, that is, it is characterized by a different set of characteristics than the prototype, each of which is necessary, and in combination, they are sufficient to achieve the goal, the claimed solution can be recognized as the corresponding criterion of the invention "novelty". The conducted patent-literary studies have shown that there are no analogues to the proposed essential features. In the process of carrying out patent studies in this and related fields of technology, technical solutions containing the features that differentiate the claimed solution from the prototype were not found, which made it possible to conclude that the claimed combined waterproofing roll coating complies with the criterion of the invention "essential differences".

The use of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) as a modifier in a primer adhesive and fabric impregnant composition containing a polymer base - chlorosulfonated polyethylene, which is well compatible with CPE, contributes to the enhancement of structure formation in the binder. This, in turn, has a positive effect on the physical and mechanical properties and frost resistance of the entire coating as a whole.

Since the set goal is being solved, that is, a positive effect is achieved, the claimed solution can be considered to be a "positive effect" criterion of the invention.

As a priming adhesive and impregnating composition, the composition for the roofing and waterproofing coatings was used - polymer-bitumen composition "Anticor MPB-1" (Authors USSR, No. 1488295, 1989, TU 309-3.1-2-92), additive modifier - Chlorinated polyethylene with a chlorine content of 40% by weight (Encyclopedia of polymers, M., 1977, 3, p.19), rubber sub-layer - a material of the brand "Unikrom" based on rubbers (TU 5774-107-0030019-00), and woven roll Basis - polyamide fabric TK-80 produced by ZAO Malcevotex, Tver.

The coating is prepared as follows.

In the polymer-bitumen composition "Anticor MPB-1", the calculated amount of CPE is introduced and thoroughly mixed until homogeneous. Next, two layers of this mixture are applied to the prepared surface. The second layer is applied after the first coat has dried completely. The rubber layer "Unikrom" and polyamide fabric TK-80, impregnated on both sides with the modified composition "Anticor MPB-1", are glued to the second layer. The samples obtained after drying during a day are tested.

The compositions of the invention are listed in Table. 1, and the properties of coatings by examples in comparison with the prototype in Table. 2.

The tests were carried out in strict accordance with the methods determined by the corresponding GOSTs.

The obtained results indicate that the proposed combined waterproofing coil, in comparison with the prototype, has a higher elasticity (elongation at break), tensile strength and frost resistance while maintaining the main operational properties (heat resistance and water absorption).
