(EN) The invention relates to wind energy and relates to carousel wind turbines with rigidly fixed wind receivers.

A carousel wind turbine is known (see SU 1537885, F 03 D 3/00, Bulletin No. 25, 1990) containing a vertical shaft and radial cavities, each of which is in the form of frames attached to the shaft, mounted therein and rotating from the vane working position by parallel plates having a bent acute angle at the edge remote from the shaft.
