DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to wind energy.

Known wind power plant comprising a blade portion mechanically connected with the blade part of the generator, a guiding device.

The invention aims to improve the efficiency and increase the strength of installation structure.

This goal is achieved by the fact that wind power plant consists of a blade portion mechanically associated electrical generator, the support structure, the devices for the conversion and storage of energy wind, further comprising mounted on a foundation of vortex generating concentration-guide elements, and the wind turbine axis is set vertically and coincides with the central axis of the vortex upstream.
