The invention relates to wind power engineering and can be used for the construction of wind power plants. The technical result, consisting in facilitating the construction and increasing the efficiency of the windmill, is provided by the fact that in a windmill comprising a vertical shaft and associated blades arranged in pairs in mutually perpendicular planes, the shaft according to the invention is in the form of a rotary tube with a bottom attached thereto Conical rollers worn on a pipe of smaller diameter, the bottom end buried in the ground of the base, the rotary tube being supported by rollers on a ring embracing a pipe of smaller diameter, and the blades arranged at different heights are made in the form of frames with valves representing plates with rods, Hinged to the frames.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to wind power engineering and can be used for the construction of wind power plants.

A wind turbine is known, which contains a vertical shaft with upper and lower brackets, between which are mounted rotary blades and contacting flat panels (see RU 2029885 C1, class F 03 D 3/06, 27.02.1995) on a set of essential characteristics taken for the nearest Analogue (prototype).

Disadvantages of the engine are the large weight of the solid shaft and the panels installed around it, the occurrence of additional horizontal forces acting on the shaft due to wind pressure, not only on the blades, but also on the wide panels, especially when they rotate at right angles to the direction of the wind. In addition, when the blades are positioned at oblique angles to the direction of the wind, for example, 45 o , the wind presses only on one blade, which blocks the other blade behind it, because of which the wind force is not fully utilized.

Windmill Windmill

FIG. 1 shows a windmill (top view); FIG. 2 shows a wind turbine (windward side view). FIG.

The windmill contains a vertical shaft 1, made in the form of a rotary tube, which is able to rotate about its axis. This pipe 1 is put on another pipe 2 of smaller diameter, the bottom end buried in the ground of the base. The blades 3 and 4 are connected to the pipe 1 in the form of frames with valves 5, which are thin plates with rigid rods 6 pivotally attached to the frames with valves 5 with the possibility of rotating the valves 5 about vertical axes passing through the hinges.

Blades 3 and 4 are connected to the pipe 1 at different heights with their arrangement in pairs in mutually perpendicular planes. Each blade 3, 4 is connected to the pipe 1 directly by its edge, and in the middle it is connected to the pipe 1 through the struts 7.

A circular rod 8 is attached to the tube 2 from above, and a bearing 9 is attached to the pipe 1, and a pipe 10 is connected to the pipe 1, surrounding the bearing 9 and having a cover 11. The gear wheel 12 is fixedly attached to the pipe 1, and the support ring 13 is fixed to the pipe 2, Having a flat and conical surface (not shown). Taper rollers 14, supported by ring 13, are attached to tube 1 from below.

The underground part of the pipe 2 is covered with sand, on which a monolithic concrete slab 15 is laid. On this plate 15, a screw brake 16, a reducer 17 and an electric generator 18 are fixed. The lower part of the windmill is located in the building 19 having a hole for the pipe 1 in its roof. The gap between the edges Of this opening and the pipe 1 to prevent penetration of moisture through it is blocked by a circular visor 20 attached to the pipe 1.

All elements of the windmill are made of metal and painted with waterproof paint.

The windmill operates as follows. In the presence of wind on the blades 3 and 4, located on one side of the pipe 1, the valves 5 with their edges are pressed against the rods 6 of the adjacent valves 5, completely covering the areas of these blades 3, 4, and on the blades 3 and 4 located on the other side of Pipes 1, valves 5 are pressed by a wind, being established in a vane position (parallel to a direction of a wind). The wind power is applied to the blades 3 and 4 with the valves 5 pressed to them, and through the opposite blades 3 and 4 with the valves 5 in the vane position, the wind freely passes without encountering significant resistance. As a result, the windmill is rotated, and in the same direction for any direction of the wind. The presence of the bearing 9 and the rollers 14 reduces frictional forces to a minimum. When the horizontal force is applied to the pipe 1, the rollers 14 are pressed against the conical surface of the ring 13, preventing the pipes 1 and 2 from coming into contact.

Blades 3 and 4, moving along a circular path, are located at different angles to the direction of the wind. When they are located at oblique angles, they, being at different heights, do not block each other and completely perceive the pressure of the wind. When the blades 3 and 4 are located at a right angle to the direction of the wind, it freely presses on them, without encountering any resistance. As a result, the strength of the wind is used completely.

The rotational movement through the gear wheel 12 and the gearbox 17 increasing the speed of rotation is transmitted to the electric generator 18.

If necessary, the wind turbine can be stopped by pressing the screw brake 16 against the gear 12.

CLAIM

A windmill comprising a vertical shaft and associated blades arranged in pairs in mutually perpendicular planes, characterized in that the shaft is in the form of a rotary tube with conical rollers attached to it from below, which is worn over a pipe of smaller diameter, the bottom end buried in the ground of the base, The rotary tube is supported by rollers on the ring, embracing a pipe of smaller diameter, and the blades located at different heights. They are made in the form of frames with valves, which are plates with rods hinged to the frames.
