Use: in the technology of manufacturing electrolytic capacitors, in particular capacitors with a double electric layer. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: in a conventional double-layered capacitor, polarized electrodes with electrolyte separators placed between them are made of a woven activated carbon fiber material based on hydrated cellulose fibers uniformly activated, the electrical resistance of the material is 3.4 to 25.3 ohms / m 2 , And 2.5 M aqueous solution of sulfuric acid was used as the electrolyte. The invention makes it possible to fabricate a capacitor with a specific energy of 30 J / cm 3 and a current density of 0.65 A / cm 2 .

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a process for manufacturing electrolytic capacitors, in particular, to double electric layer capacitors.

The known double electric layer capacitors (DCS) are used in miniaturization conditions as backup power sources for the operation of microcomputers, memory, IC, microprocessors, and for buffering. The CDS is characterized by a specific capacitance of 0.3-10 F / cm 3 and small currents from 1 μA to 1 mA.

KDS contains polarized electrodes with a separator impregnated with an electrolyte solution between them, and discharge electrodes connected to the surface of polarized electrodes. Polarized electrodes are mainly made of carbon woven or nonwoven materials, activated carbon and graphite. Various acids or salts are used as the electrolyte.

The proposed dual-layer power electrolytic capacitor includes for polarized electrodes made of activated woven carbon fibrous material obtained by pyrolysis of a fibrous material based on hydrate-cellulose fibers, followed by uniform activation.

Polarized electrodes with a diameter of 5 cm are located on conductive plates to which current leads are connected. Between the electrodes is placed a paper-based separator impregnated with an electrode, which uses a solution of sulfuric acid.

The invention relates to the technology of manufacturing electrolytic capacitors, in particular to electrochemical capacitors of a double electric layer, and can be used in power plants as an electric energy storage device together with chemical current sources in the regime of high current loads.

The invention makes it possible to increase the specific energy and current density by virtue of the fact that the electrodes are made of a woven activated carbon fiber material obtained by pyrolysis of a fibrous material based on hydrated cellulose fibers with an electric resistance of 3.4-25.3 ohm / m 2 , followed by Uniform activation and electrolyte with a 2.5 M aqueous solution of H 2 SO 4 . As the material of ion-impermeable conducting electrodes, graphite treated with a carbon-containing substance was used.

The coefficient of variation in the uniformity of activation was determined from the adsorption activity of methylene blue and was 5-10%, which does not affect the parameters of the condenser.

The table shows the dependence of the current density on the concentration of sulfuric acid.

The use of activated carbon material as a material for polarized electrodes determined a large active surface, and the use of a 2.5 M solution of H 2 SO 4 determined the best value of the capacitance and stability of the double electrical layer at the interface between the carbon material and the H 2 SO 4 solution, The proposed capacitor with a specific energy of 3, J / cm 3 and a current density of 0.65 A / cm 2 .
