The invention relates to the recovery of rare metals from hydrocarbon feedstocks. Essence: the extraction of metals is carried out in plants for the processing of hydrocarbon raw materials / petroleum products and coals /, where a contact method of thermal reaction with the melt of a liquid coolant is used. As a melt of the heat carrier, a reagent is used-a melt of a metal or alloy that does not react chemically with hydrocarbon feedstock and products of processing having a boiling point above the decomposition temperature of the hydrocarbon feedstock and readily dissolving the extracted metals.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the metallurgy of dispersed metals and concerns the extraction of dispersed metals from petroleum products, coal and brown coals, peat, fuel oil and natural gas.
A method for processing hydrocarbon feedstocks with extraction of rare metals is known, which includes supplying the feedstock by heating through a reagent, which uses manganese nodules.
The disadvantage of the method is its selectivity and high consumption of reagents.
The object of the present invention is to expand technological capabilities.
The above object is achieved by the fact that in the process for processing hydrocarbon feedstocks with the recovery of rare metals, including feed of the feedstock while heating through the reagent, the process is carried out using as a reagent a molten metal or alloy capable of dissolving the recoverable metals and having a boiling point above the decomposition temperature of the original Raw materials with subsequent removal of the melt and its replacement.
The reaction is carried out by contacting the hydrocarbonaceous feedstock with a liquid metal melt in a low-temperature or high-temperature reactor, depending on the properties of the metals being extracted.
For example, in the extraction of metals with low boiling points, such as Cd, Hg, Sb, a tin melt is used as a reagent and extracted in units having preheating reactors of the hydrocarbon feed.
The working extraction temperature in the reaction chamber is 300-500 ° C.
To extract such metals as Au, Ag, Pt, Cu, Pb, a melt of tin is also used at a temperature in the reaction chamber of 950 ° C.
For the extraction of metals such as V, Ti, Cr, Ni, Co, W, Mo, Zr, Be, Hf, Ge, Nb, Ta, B, a melt of 94.5% Ni, 3.5% Si, 2% B is used. The operating temperature in the reaction chamber is 1100 ° C.
The process of extraction of rare metals during the decomposition of petroleum products, coal and brown coals, peat, fuel oil and natural gases depends on the residence time of hydrocarbons in the reaction zone, contact heat exchange of hydrocarbons with liquid metal and losses of extracted metals in the coking part of hydrocarbon feedstocks.
For different metals, the extraction rate is different and ranges from 60% to 90% of the primary content in the hydrocarbon feedstock.
The extraction of metals from the obtained concentrate is carried out by known methods of technology for each metal.
The efficiency of the method is determined by the latitude of the gamma of recoverable metals and the combination of the extraction process with the industrial process of processing hydrocarbons.
The proposed method does not require the economic costs of extracting the dispersed metals from the hydrocarbon feed, since the extraction proceeds along with the process of obtaining heat or reaction products, making this process economically more profitable.
CLAIM
A method for processing hydrocarbon fuel feedstocks with recovery of rare metals, comprising feeding the feedstock by heating through a reagent, characterized in that the process is carried out using as a reagent a metal or alloy melt capable of dissolving the recoverable metals and having a boiling point above the decomposition temperature of the feedstock, with The subsequent removal of the melt and its replacement.
