Usage: for the enrichment of minerals, in particular for their integrated use, and can be used to extract noble metals from combustion products of coals, predominantly gold-bearing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: The metal recovery line from ash and slag wastes of thermal power plants, predominantly gold-containing, includes a device for receiving the raw material, a device for extracting the metal. According to the invention, it is provided with a series of installed and connected vehicles, a dehydrator designed as a hydrocyclone, and an arc screen for separating material with a grain size of +6 mm into the dump. The device for receiving the raw material is made in the form of slag-and ash collectors connected by vehicles. The device for extracting the metal is made in the form of a centrifugal separator installed after the screen, to extract gold and the sub-product of the arc screen.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals, in particular to their complex use, and can be used to extract noble metals from the combustion products of coals, predominantly gold-containing.

A method for processing ash-and-slag mixtures of thermal power plants is known , comprising separating the mixture into light and heavy fractions and subsequently withdrawing the light fraction, characterized in that in order to improve the quality of the processed products by isolating the hollow glass microspheres from the light fraction, the light fraction is subjected in a sealed vessel to the liquid pressure With the subsequent collection of hollow glass microspheres in the upper part of the vessel, and unburned organic residues in the lower part of the vessel [1].

The disadvantage of this method of processing ash and slag mixtures of thermal power plants is that the light fraction is subjected to processing, and the heavy fraction is removed from the process, although a large group of valuable components is known to be contained in the heavy fraction.

A line is known for separating metal from a slurry of ash and slag waste from thermal power plants , including a pipeline, a working chamber and a hopper feeder, characterized in that in order to improve the quality of the recovered metal by reducing its oxidation state, the line is equipped with a drying unit that is located after the working chamber and is connected to it Through a transport-link [2].

The known line is closest to the proposed one and is chosen as a prototype.

To the disadvantage of this line of separation of metal from the slurry of ash and slag wastes of thermal power plants is the fact that it lacks apparatuses that make it possible to separate metals having different densities, in particular gold.

The object of the invention is to eliminate the said drawback, namely, to ensure the possibility of extracting gold from unburned coal residues, predominantly gold-bearing, by separating the heavy particles of the valuable component in density by centrifugal forces.

The object is achieved by the fact that the metal recovery line from the ash and slag wastes of thermal power plants including the device for receiving the raw material, the metal recovery device according to the invention is provided with successively installed and connected vehicles, a dehydrator configured as a hydrocyclone and an arc screen for separating the material With the size of +6 mm in the dump, the device for receiving the raw material is made in the form of slag-and ash collectors connected by vehicles, the metal recovery device is made in the form of a centrifugal separator installed after the arc screen to extract gold from the sub-screen product of the arc screen.

The advantage of the proposed line is that due to dehydration and classification of combustion products of coals containing up to 200 mg / ton of gold , it is possible to extract a valuable component from the pulp of heavy particles by separating them by density under the influence of centrifugal forces, and thereby catch in the concentrate Up to 80% of gold lost before irretrievably.

The essence of the image is explained by a drawing, which schematically shows the proposed line.

LINE OF GOLD EMISSION FROM SOLID WASTES OF THERMAL POWER STATIONS. Patent of the Russian Federation RU2123890

The metal separation line from the ash-and-slag waste of thermal power plants, predominantly gold containing, contains installed in the course of the technological process and connected with each other by means of transport:

1 - ash collector, 2 - slag collector, 3 - receiving sump, 4 - pump, 5 - pulp dehydrator, 6 - arc screen, 7 - centrifugal separator.

Zolosbronik 1 is designed to collect fly ash, delayed by the first stage ash collector (not shown in the drawing) and is made in the form of a hopper with a gold-washing device 9.

The slag assembly 2 is intended for collecting slag from the ash funnel of the boiler plant furnace (not shown in the drawing) and is a flush chest made in the form of a container 10 with a perforated bottom 11 and an irrigation system 12.

The pulp dewatering apparatus 5 is designed to increase the solid content in the pulp (hydraulic fluid) and is made, for example, in the form of a classifying hydrocyclone 13 with a feeder 14, a drain 15 and a sand 16 nozzles.

The arc screen 6 is designed to pulverize a granular material of fineness of more than 6 mm from the pulp and is an arc-shaped grate 17 having a length of 1/4 of the circumference, mounted in a housing 18 with a receiving pocket 19 and nozzles 20, 21 for unloading the oversize and sub-grid products.

The centrifugal separator 7 is designed to catch a small, finer than 6 mm and thin, finer than 0.1 mm gold from the sub-screened product of the arc screen and is a concentrating bowl 22 rotatably mounted around a vertical axis in a cylindrical body 23 with a supply pipe 24 and With a drain chute 25.

LINE WORKS AS FOLLOWING

The fugitive ash containing up to 80 mg / ton of fine gold and slag containing up to 125 mg / ton of fine gold formed during the combustion of coals from the Ekibastuz deposit in the boiler plants of the Ekibastuz deposit is fed through the flushing device 9 of the hopper 8 of the collecting vessel 1 and the flushing box 10 of the slag collector 2 Receiving sump 3 at a ratio of T: F = 1: 15 . From the receiving sump 3, the pulp is pumped by the pump 4 through the supply pipe 14 into the hydrocyclone 13, where it is dehydrated to a solids content of 25-35% in the pulp.

The discharge of the hydrocyclone 13 is discharged into the dump, and the bottom product is fed through the sand pipe 16 to the grate 17 of the arc screen 6.

In the arc screen 6, a fraction smaller than 6 mm seeps through the grate 17 and through the discharge nozzle 21 is directed to the centrifugal separator 7, and a fraction larger than 6 mm is scooped and discharged through the branch pipe 20 into the dump.

In the centrifugal separator 7, the sub-screened product of the arc screen through feeder pipe 24 is fed to the bottom of the dressing bowl 22, where, under the action of centrifugal forces, flows up the sides of the bowl from bottom to top, dividing the density into heavy and light particles. Light particles are carried out by the flow of pulp through the bead cup 22 into the separator body 23 and then discharged to the dump through the discharge chute 25, and the heavy particles of the valuable component are concentrated in the lining linings of the bowl 22, where they are discharged as accumulation.

The extraction of gold in the concentrate at the same time reaches 80% of the initial.

Thus, the proposed line, thanks to the distinctive features made according to the invention, makes it possible to extract up to 80% fine and fine gold from unburned gold-containing coals, which is not evident from the prior art.
