DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of energy and environmental protection of the environment, but also can be used for the preparation of liquid fuels for engines and boilers, but also for the treatment of industrial and domestic waste.

Known catalytic filter liquid fuel flowing successively through the fixed beds of titanium powder and metal cladding (1).

Its drawback is the limited field of application of small capacity engines, running on light fuel grades. For heavy-duty engines and boilers, working mainly on heavy heating oil and layers of titanium powder and salt quickly clogged fuel resinous components and fail.

As a prototype accept liquid activator containing a working tube with an insert zone and inside the working body in the form of needles with an outer and an electromagnetic inductor.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the low efficiency and short service life due to rapid wear of the insert pipe in the work area.

The technical result of the invention is to improve performance and increase operating life.

This result is achieved in that the activator liquid contains the working tube area with working medium in the form of needles inside of and external electromagnetic inductor, wherein in order to increase the effectiveness of working fluid is designed as a bimetallic needles with an outer non-magnetic metal surfaces such as titanium, with a core of ferromagnetic material.

In order to simplify the construction of the working fluid provides for implementation of a mixture of titanium and ferromagnetic needles.

To improve the service life of the inner surface of the pipe work area coated with a layer of wear-resistant ceramics.
