The invention relates to the production of gasolines and can be used in the oil refining industry. The object of the invention is to increase the octane number of high-octane gasolines. It is achieved by adding an additive in a concentration of 0.1-5.0% by weight to the base fuel, which contains silicone, hexamethylenetetramine, fatty acids, valeric aldehyde, methyl isopropyl ketone, methyl t-butyl ether, isobutanol, toluene. The anti-knock additive to gasoline is not toxic, has a low cost.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the production of gasolines and can be used in the oil refining industry.

At present, additives containing nickel isodecyl orthophosphate are known which have antiknock properties [1]

However, this additive has not found industrial application due to a number of shortcomings: insufficiently effective, has a high cost and is a scarce substance.

The closest to the proposed is an additive that contains nickel salts of synthetic fatty acids of the C 10 -C 16 fraction. [2] A mixture of salts dissolves well in gasoline and increases its octane number.

However, this additive is not effective enough and has a high cost. In addition, the use of salts with a carbon content of less than 10 and more than 16 is impossible, because They are not soluble in gasoline.

The object of the invention is to increase the octane number of high octane gasolines.

This is achieved by adding an additive in a concentration of 0.1-50 wt.% To the base fuel. Which contains a silicone of the formula Si 3 O 3 / CH 3/6, hexamethylene tetramine of the formula N 4 (CH 2 ) 6 , fatty acids of the C 10 -C 16 fraction, valeric aldehyde of the formula CH 3 / CH 2/3 COH, methyl isopropyl ketone of the formula COCH / CH 3/3, methyl tert-butyl ether of formula CH 3 OCHCH 2 (CH 3 ) 2 , isobutanol of formula (CH 3 ) 2 CHCH 2 OH, toluene of formula C 6 H 5 CH 3 .

The ratio of the components can be equal to, wt.

  • Silicone 1; 0.1-10
  • Hexamethylenetetramine 1; 0.1-10
  • Fatty acids of the fraction C 10 -C 16 1; 0.1-10
  • Valeric aldehyde 7; 0.2-20
  • Methyl isopropyl ketone 10; 1-40
  • Methyl tert-butyl ether 10; 1-40
  • Isobutanol 30; 3-50
  • Toluene 40; 4-50

The observed synergistic effect can be explained by the formation of hydrocarbon isoforms in fuel during the interaction of normal hydrocarbons with intermediate products of the interaction of the additive components.

The octane number of gasoline, determined by the motor method, when adding the additive developed by us, is presented in the table. The same table gives data on the effect of a mixture of fatty acids with nickel salts. It can be seen that at high values of the octane number, the developed additive effectively increases their value. At the same time, the prototype additive in this range practically does not increase the value of the octane number.

As can be seen from the table, the optimum dose of the additive is 5 wt.
