With the use of an additive, all brands of unleaded motor gasoline can be obtained.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to oil refining and petrochemicals, specifically to the composition of a multifunctional additive intended for use in automotive gasolines.

An additive to automobile gasoline is known, which is an organic manganese derivative, for example cyclopentadienyltricarbonylmanganese (CTC) or alkyl (C 1 -C 3 ) cyclopentadienyltricarbonylmanganese, in particular methylcyclopentadienyltricarbonyl manganese (MCTM). (Collection of articles edited by Gureyev AA New antiknock for gasoline .- M .: TsNIINeftegaz, 1963, pp. 47-53).

The additive contributes to the increase in detonation properties of gasoline, but due to the high content of additives (from 100 to 500 mg / l of gasoline), gasoline during their use disrupts the work of spark plugs of the car engine.

Additives are known containing organorganic and lead organo-antiknock compounds, for example, CTM and tetraethyl lead (U.S. Patent No. 3,277,351, class C 10 L 1/18, 1964), and additives which, along with organic compounds of manganese and lead, contain oxygen-containing hydrocarbons, for example aliphatic C 1 -C 5 alcohols and / or dialkyl ethers (PCT application No. 89/05339, class C 10 L 1/02, 1969).

However, the high content of CTM in such additives reduces the efficiency of spark plugs, and the presence of a lead antiknock detonator pollutes the environment.

The closest to the invention is a multifunctional additive containing 2.5-5 wt. % Cyclopentadienyltricarbonylmanganese, 75.3-80.6% by weight of N-monomethylaniline, 0.2-0.3% by weight. % Hexacarbonylmolybdenum, 0.3-0.5% by weight oleic acid, and as toluene solvent up to 100% by weight (Patent of the Russian Federation No. 2009176, class C 10 L 1/18, 1992).

A disadvantage of the known additive is that it does not provide stability when storing the fuel composition containing it, but also the required detergent and anti-corrosion properties.

The object of the invention is to develop a multifunctional additive composition for automobile gasolines having improved anti-knock, detergent and anti-corrosion properties.

To solve the problem, a multifunctional additive to automotive gasolines containing, by mass%: cyclopentadienyltricarbonyl manganese or alkyl (C 1 -C 3 ) cyclopentadienyltricarbonylmanganese 0.01-5.0; Additive AUTOMAG 0.5-10.0; N-methylaniline up to 100.

Moreover, the multifunctional additive according to the invention can additionally contain 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol in an amount of 0.01-0.2% by weight.

The difference of the proposed technical solution is that the additive additionally contains an additive of AUTOMAG, and in the ratio of components.

The use of the proposed additive in petroleum and gasoline will increase their octane number and reduce the amount of harmful emissions into the atmosphere from vehicles.

To ensure high chemical stability of motor gasolines, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol can be added to the additive in an amount of 0.01-0.2% by weight.

When using the proposed additive, it is possible to obtain all kinds (brands) of unleaded automotive gasolines.

Below is a description of the components used in the composition of the additive.

N-methylaniline is manufactured according to TU 2471-269- -00204168-96. It is an oily transparent liquid of yellow color with the following characteristics.

  • Mass fraction of N-methylaniline,% not less than - 98.0
  • Mass fraction of aniline,% no more than 0.5
  • Mass fraction of water,% no more than 0,2
  • Mass fraction of dimethylaniline,% not more than - 1,3
  • Density at 20 o C, kg / m 3 not less than - 975

The multifunctional additive AUTOMAG is manufactured according to TU 38.401-58-33-92. It is a homogeneous liquid from light yellow to dark brown, the acid number mgKON / g of an additive is not more than 20; Alkaline number mg KOH / g additive no more than 40; Density, kg / m 3 820-900.

The additive contains, in its composition, by weight: the condensation product of the polyamine of the general formula H 2 N (CH 2 ) 2 (NHCH 2 CH 2 ) n NH 2 , (where n = 0-4) 1-5; Synthetic fatty acids C 7 -C 20 25-40; Hydrocarbon fraction of 180-350 ° C to 100.

Organic manganese derivatives (CTM or MTTM) are transparent liquids of yellow or orange color, soluble in gasoline, containing 11-25 wt% manganese with a density of 1.0-1.4 kg / cm 3 . It can be an additive: HiTek-3000, CTM or MTTM.

2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol is produced according to GOST 10894-64 as an additive of IONOL, for the same purposes it is possible to use additives: AGIDOL-1 or AGIDOL-2.

To illustrate the nature of the invention, samples of the proposed additive were prepared, the composition of which is given in Table 1.

Tests of the prepared samples in the composition of automobile gasolines, the results of which are given in Table. 2 and 3, showed a high efficiency of the additive.

The proposed multifunctional additive is introduced into automobile gasolines in a concentration of 0.1-2.5% by weight.

For the tests, the additive of Example 2 was used (Table 1), which was introduced in an amount of 1% by weight into the A-76 gasoline base stock (sample 1) and in an amount of 0.3% by weight into AI-92 gasoline (sample 2) .

From the data given in Table 2, it can be seen that the gasoline containing the proposed additive fully meets the requirements of NTD (GOST 2084-77 and TU 38.401-1022-95) for unleaded gasolines.

The results of qualification tests of these gasoline samples, presented in Table. 3, show that their quality fully meets the requirements of the norms of the complex of methods of qualification assessment. From Table 3 it can be seen that the tested samples of unleaded gasolines have higher detergent and anticorrosive properties than the established standards.

Based on the positive results of the qualification tests, gasoline is allowed to be produced and used.

Thus, the developed multifunctional additive allows to replace toxic ethyl liquid with simultaneous improvement of washing and anticorrosive properties of automobile gasolines.
