Date of commencement of the patent: 2004.08.17
The invention relates to engine building, in particular to electromagnetic devices for activating the magnetic field of liquid fuel of internal combustion engines. The device for magnetic treatment of liquid fuel for an internal combustion engine contains an electromagnet in the form of a coil on a fuel line made of diamagnetic material and a power source in the form of a constant current generator on which the device is mounted. The coil of the electromagnet is made of a single row of several sections, not less than six, located on the automobile fuel line, at a distance of 8-10 cm from each other, and connected in parallel to each other and to the generator of the car.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the field of electromagnetism, namely electromagnetic devices used to activate the magnetic field of liquid fuel of internal combustion engines of automobiles.
A device for magnetic processing of fuel of an internal combustion engine is known (RF patent No. 2011880, published on April 30, 1994) containing a body in the form of a pipe with an inlet and outlet apertures, a set of permanent magnets fixed on a tape base and mounted on this tube alternately with the orientation of magnetic Fields in parallel and / or perpendicular to the flow of fuel.
Disadvantages of this device is the manufacture of an additional housing in the form of a pipe, and a constant magnetic field strength, which reduces the efficiency of fuel activation by the magnetic field.
And the device for magnetic processing of fuel for carburetor engines is known (RF patent No. 2168052, 27.05.2001), containing a body made of non-magnetic material in the form of a plate, a magnetic circuit in the form of two C-shaped staples enveloping the body plate from the ends, Gaps relative to each other two pairs of permanent magnets of rectangular shape, between each pair of magnets are flow channels corresponding to the outlets of the diffusers of the carburetor.
The disadvantages of this device is the complexity of making the magnetic circuit design, and the one-sided directivity of lines of magnetic field strength.
A device for processing fuel of a carburettor internal combustion engine is known (RF patent No. 2190118, published on September 27, 2002) comprising a hollow body made of a nonmetallic ferrule filled with granules of ferromagnetic material, a fuel line, a winding encompassing the fuel line and connecting the ignition coil With a breaker-distributor.
The disadvantage of this device is the filling of the body with granules made of ferromagnetic material, which, when the car is shaken, will disorient the vector of magnetic field strength, weakening it, and the short-lived electrical insulation of the granules due to their constant friction.
The closest to the technical solution is a device for magnetic fluid treatment (ULTR) (RF patent No. 2077678, published on April 20, 1997), which includes an electromagnet with a coil placed on a fuel line of diamagnetic material, an electrical winding with leads and an external magnetic circuit in the form of a hollow ferromagnetic Casing with end ferromagnetic washers, as a power source the generator of a direct current and object on which is installed UMLZH is used.
The disadvantages of this device is the manufacture of a hollow ferromagnetic casing with end ferromagnetic washers and the need for an extra seat when placed on the fuel line of the car.
The technical solution of the proposed device is to increase the efficiency of fuel activation used in internal combustion engines of cars, due to the influence of increased magnetic fields.
The object is achieved in that in the claimed device for magnetic treatment of liquid fuel for an internal combustion engine comprising an electromagnet in the form of a coil on a fuel line of diamagnetic material and a power source in the form of a constant current generator on which the device is mounted, according to the invention, the coil of the electromagnet is made of a single-row Several sections, at least six, located on the automobile fuel line at a distance of 8-10 cm from each other and connected in parallel to each other and to the generator of the car.
Each section of the electromagnet coil is wound with a copper insulated wire of the grade PLSO-0,6 / 60 turns per fuel line, which, with its standard length, allows placing at least 6 sections.
The novelty of the technical solution is due to the repeated (6 times) exposure to magnetic fields of increased tension with discontinuities between them and does not present difficulties in industrial execution.
According to the scientific and technical and patent literature, the authors do not know the claimed set of characteristics aimed at achieving the task.
The essence of the invention is explained by the drawings:

FIG. 1 is a flow chart of an apparatus; FIG. FIG. 2 is an electrical diagram of the device. FIG.
The device for magnetic treatment of liquid fuel used in automobiles includes a coil comprising sections 1 wound on a fuel line 2 of a diamagnetic material. The number of sections must be at least 6 pieces. The distance between them is 8-10 cm. The sections 1 are connected in parallel and in parallel with the current generator 3 of the car.
The device works as follows. When the car starts working from the generator to the coil of the electromagnet, a current is produced that creates an electromagnetic field that acts on the fuel, which, passing through the fuel line, enters the car's carburetor. The outputs of the coil sections are connected to the generator so that the direction of the lines of force of the magnetic fields created by them inside the fuel pipe are oppositely directed to the flow of fuel, this being done by six parallel sections. Such a connection provides a sharp decrease in the electrical resistance of the system of the electromagnet sections, therefore, an increase in the intensity of the current and the intensity of the magnetic fields in each of the sections and, as a result, the activation (magnetization) of the fuel, leading to a change in the surface tension and, as a consequence, to an increase in its calorific value, Toxicity of exhaust gases.
