SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: A device for magnetic treatment of a liquid (fuel) comprises a fuel conduit made of a diamagnetic material on which an electromagnet with an electrical winding and a magnetic circuit is placed. The electromagnet is connected to the DC generator in such a way that the magnetic lines of force in the fuel line coincide with the direction of the fuel flow.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and is intended for magnetic treatment of liquids, in particular fuels, in internal combustion engines (ICE).
Known devices of a similar purpose, for example, by avt.svid. USSR No. 1388573, cl. F 02 M 27/04, 1988.
Its disadvantages are: unreliable compaction of the structure, the need for an alternating current source, the complexity of the design.
The object of the invention is to improve the efficiency of fuel processing, which ensures fuel economy with minimal changes in the engine design.

The device comprises a fuel line 1 made of a diamagnetic material on which an electromagnet is placed. The latter has a coil 2 made of a dielectric, an electric winding 3 with terminals 4 and an outer magnetic core made in the form of a hollow ferromagnetic shell 5 with end ferromagnetic washers 6. The electromagnet is connected to a direct current generator (not shown) of the unit on which this device is mounted . The device works as follows With the engine running, the fuel moves along the fuel line, and the DC generator supplies voltage to the electromagnet. The presence in the latter only of the outer magnetic circuit allows the device to "maximize" the electromagnetic energy of the winding in the fuel line. As a result, a deeper change in the molecular properties of the fuel occurs and a more complete combustion in the engine. At the same time, it is mandatory to connect the leads of the electrical winding to the power source, in which the magnetic lines of force in the fuel line coincide with the direction of the fuel flow. |
Technical data of the device: the dimensions of the coil and the outer magnetic circuit, the number of turns and the diameter of the electromagnet wire are selected depending on the amount of fuel processed per unit time.
Tests of prototypes of the device on cars with carburetor engines and diesels have shown the possibility of fuel economy due to magnetic treatment in the range of 18 to 30% with a noticeable increase in engine power. When a constant pulsating current is applied to the winding, for example, from the output of the breaker, the fuel economy additionally increases by 5-8%
This device can be used for the treatment of liquids and gases, including for the treatment of blood in toxic poisoning.
CLAIM
A device for magnetic treatment of liquid, preferably fuel, in an internal combustion engine, comprising a power source and an electromagnet disposed on a fuel line and provided with a coil made of a dielectric, an electrical winding with leads and an outer magnetic core, made in the form of a hollow ferromagnetic shell with end Ferromagnetic washers, characterized in that the fuel line is made of diamagnetic material, the DC generator of the object on which the ULC is installed is used as the power source, and the terminals of the electrical winding are connected to the power supply so that the magnetic lines of force in the fuel line coincide with the direction of the fuel flow. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that its technical data: the dimensions of the coil and the outer magnetic circuit, the number of turns and the diameter of the electromagnet wire are selected depending on the amount of fuel processed per unit time.
